I stopped here for a quick bite and a drink. I ended up having a couple drinks, as I was very impressed with their Salt Money beer. The quesadilla was also good - big portion and tasted good, while the house chips were so-so. The space was big and open, the staff was quick and helpful, and there were several televisions while not being too many. I'll definitely be going back.

Greatly enjoyed our first visit here! The service was great - very attentive. And the food! I had the fish & chips (the green chile tartar sauce is incredible); my wife had the pulled pork sandwich (fantastic); my son had the poutine (that gravy!) and his girlfriend had the green chile mac & cheese (delicious!) And the French fries were cooked perfectly & were so flavorful. I stuffed myself silly. And the beer & cider on tap! So damn good. I want to try everything the next time we’re there - and we shall return! (Too hungry to get photos on this visit.) A new favorite place!

To :Bosque Brewing From: A longtime customer from all locations. Subject: Quality and Reputation The Birria tacos were reminiscent of a time when Americans diet consisted of two potatoes a day and three eggs, that Americans would be satisfied for the portion of food that was served. However, if we adjust for inflation that would have cost this person six months wages. The ten dollar quesadilla was worthy of the child's menu at La Reforma. I hope this message finds you well but as a former lover I question whether or not I want to txt you in the middle of the night to see if you're still awake. Best wishes, Former lover P.S Service was good but being understaffed made it hard for those kind people.

What can I say they do the basics right and the beer is good too. Clean, well lit, friendly and fast. I know their food is great too, but didn’t have it this time.

The beer is good. There's not a lot of options for food but you're not there for food are you? I love the sweet chili wings, best wings I've ever tasted. Only the last time I was there, I was ignored for half an hour at the bar so I went to the bathroom, came out and was treated like a dine and dash customer. They just gave me my receipt even though I wanted another beer. Haven't gone back since.

This place was so good for food when Toltec brewing was in there. The menu was good and unique. Then the chef quit during the pandemic and took his recipes with him, I suppose. Now, Bosque Brewing has a mediocre menu that is not very good, even for comfort food. I've had their humus platter, falafels, green chile stew and most recently, quesadillas. The quesadillas were soggy on the bottom, served on a metal tray so they were cold. Why do some restaurants insist on metal trays? The service was ok, but nothing that warranted the 20% tip that is so often expected these days. I am happy they serve mixed drinks since I don't drink beer. 3 stars only because my husband says that the beer is good.

I had an incredible experience at this brewery! The service was top-notch, and the food and drinks were delicious. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety of options, and everything I tried was outstanding. The beers were exceptional, and the food was a delightful surprise – the perfect complement to the brews. I can't recommend this place enough; it's a must-visit for anyone looking for a great time. I'll definitely be back for more!

The worst service I have had in any of the Bosque locations. Drive to the Bernalillo location! It’s worth the trek! Bronson is terrible!Ordered the Poutine with Beef Birria at both locations! This location was terrible. The portion was half the size, the birria had no flavor and resembled their pulled pork. There was only 3 or 4 cheese curds and very little gravy. When asking for more gravy I asked if this was their birria, as it was nowhere near the high quality, vinegar based I would go to the other locations or go to Taco Bell. This was at 3 pm, with a minimal crowd

Good location with a nice variety of beers. On the day of our visit they had a special beer release but it was only to go. I found that to be a bit odd. We still got their anniversary beer to go and try some of their other good offering on tap. Food was good and so was the staff.

I’m writing this a few days later becuase I needed to cool off before writing a review. Kinda disappointed honestly. Our order was green chile cheeseburger with onion rings, Chicken elote nachos with birria meat, Bosque mule with 1 thin slice of jalapeño and flourless chocolate cake- total with 20% gratuity was $78! Way too much for what we got with the service received. Menu said $2 extra for birria meat instead of chicken- nachos came out with half chicken half birria meat and the price was $4 extra on the receipt not $2 like menu said and why was it only half birria and half chicken??? Nachos were very good though! Burger was meh- all bun for the size of hamburger patty. Received 4 pieces of opinion rings and it was an up charge of $3. 4 onion rings is a ridiculously small amount And they were cold and soggy. Onto the Mule adult beverage- it was supposed to be with seltzer but it was plain water and with one slice of jalapeño. On the bill they charged a freaking $1 for one teeny slice from a jalapeño!!! Unebelievable! Next was the flourless chocolate cake which is a dense cake but this was hard as a rock. When I first cut into it, I thought it was probably frozen from how hard it was… nope, It wasn’t frozen, just a very old piece that seemed to have been exposed to air for awhile. Service was also meh- We had fountain drinks and waters along with our adult beverage that were never refilled because she never came back to check on us until it was time for the check. I usually like to go back to places for redemption, but we shall see.

We stopped in for lunch and a drink. Hubby had Birria tacos and beer; I had the Birria nachos and cranberry seltzer. I REALLY enjoyed the seltzer. Super tart and not too sweet. Just needed a splash/wedge of lime. I really liked the nachos--hot Cheetos dust was a great touch. Typically, I'm not a fan of black beans (this is NM/pinto country after all) but there were so many other flavors that they blended into the background. Would come back just for the seltzer

Review based largely on the BBQ sandwich. The sandwich looked like a forgotten artifact from last week's cookout, its appearance a testament to neglect. Its buns were hard and lifeless, resembling the parched earth of a long-abandoned wasteland. I had a sinking feeling that I was about to embark on an archaeological expedition of sorts.Hesitant but determined, I took my first bite, hoping to uncover hidden treasures beneath the ashy facade. Alas, disappointment washed over me as the taste of charred remnants assaulted my senses. It was as if the chef had scraped the blackened grill after a week's worth of barbecues and generously piled the results onto the sandwich. The meat, once likely a succulent offering, had metamorphosed into a dry and leathery substance that resisted any attempts at mastication. Its original identity remained a mystery, lost amidst the overpowering taste of charred nothingness. Perhaps it was chicken, beef, or something else entirely; I couldn't tell, for it had lost all its original character. The barbecue sauce, if it could even be called that, clung to the meat like a forgotten memory of flavor. Any nuances it may have once possessed were extinguished, leaving behind a mere echo of sweetness that failed to complement the unfortunate sandwich. This sandwich was truly criminal. Fries were ok. The Lager was alright.

We really looked forward to this place. The building is incredible, and looked like a fun place. If you aren't drinking, there's not really any reason to make a trip out. It was disorganized, and the choices were limited.
