Great food and great beer, the Thunder Mouth hazy was exceptional.

Clean cut gathering spot good for work and school meetups. Location is GREAT! Relatively understaffed, a little brightly lit, and the food is a little pricy compared to my expectations but I still go semi-frequently to meet up with others. Would definitely enjoy it more (and I think it would fit the atmosphere better) if you could order drinks from the bar rather than waiting for rushed servers to come by.

This is one of my favorite places for a casual meal and incredible craft brews and seltzers. While there is a foundational selection of 8 or so items on tap, the seasonal/rotational choices are remarkable and creative. The food is innovative and outstanding. The staff is friendly and very attentive.

weird server kept saying "the food was made with love". I try to keep to myself. Beer was, as the kids say, mid.

The service here is always top notch. Every visit has been amazing. The staff is always friendly and on top of everything. The bartenders and serves alone make it a great environment to sit and have a relaxing beer and good food. Always look forward to coming back every week just to have a nice cold refreshing glass of Bosque beer. This is a brewery I would recommend to all my friends, family and any visiting Albuquerque or anyone who just moved here looking for a nice chill spot with good beer, food and atmosphere.

I hate giving negative reviews, especially to a locally-owned business like Bosque, but we went to this location last night (2/21/2024) and they were having some type of an event and the place was very busy. We ordered food and were really disappointed when, an hour later, we had none of our order. The server said he would check on it and after doing so he informed us that we were still well down on the list. If you can't prepare food in a timely manner then just stick to drinks and quit serving food. Or, at the very least, inform your customers when they place their order that they can expect an hour plus wait.

Bosque Brewing’s Pickledown Economics is a pickle lover’s dream! The pickle beer and fried pickles are a ‘dill-ightful’ duo and have created my most unhinged craving. I wish I had a photo of the fried pickles but they never last long enough. It’s a ‘big dill’ for those with a pickle passion.

Walked in at 7:44 PM on a Saturday. Employee was putting stools up on tables and completely ignored us when asked if they were closing soon. Proceeded to the restroom to wash my hands. When my husband and I walked out we asked again if they were closing soon as he was staring at us in a hateful manner and were met with the sarcastic reply " does it look like we're closing?"Didn't even get past the door before poor customer service and will not be returning. I don't recommend you do either.

We were lucky to have the General Manager, Logan Silva serve us at the bar. It was a truly enjoyable ethos that he created….wonderful conversation to keep us engaged, great beer recommendations and joyously peppered conversation….Incase you’re looking for an enjoyable, engaging fun filled evening at the bar….look no further…on Knob Hill…!!

Great service, great green chile stew.

Food options were good and service at the bar was top notch. One of their flagship IPAs, the Riverwalker IPA, definitely had some diacetyl flavor contamination present as the beer I had from tap tasted heavily of butterscotch or buttery popcorn... maybe a bad batch of hops? Everything else I had was pretty good.
