When it's slow the beer tender and servers tend to drift off to tge back for extended periods of time

First time going here, the fish could have been crispier but that's the only complaint. The guacamole was great, my husband's bratwurst was good and the service was fantastic! We were surprised that it wasn't busier for a weekday lunch! We will be back for sure!

I really used to love the food here, but recent changes to the menu have made me never want to come back. As much as I love chile, we don't need to put chile on everything! My wife can't handle a lot of heat and her go to order was the pulled pork sandwich. We ordered it yesterday and it was so spicy, she barely had a few bites. The menu didn't indicate the bbq sauce was a spicy sauce and it never was before. We also ordered the cheese curds and they were sprinkled with a red chile powder. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Bar tender Jon is always on his a game, friendly, and makes sure everyone is greeted while usually always alone during busiest times of the day!

Bosque Brewing had incredible beers and I highly recommend. As someone who is not a huge IPA fan, I loved that their menu was not IPA focused and was filled with beer flavor profiles that I love.

I got a flight (which amazingly has six pours!) and got the Scotch Ale, Up North, Salt Money, Shandy Lakes, Pulp Citrus, and Prickly Playmaker.

I like Bosque. I've been pulling for them since they opened their first location because their beer is really good. Unfortunately, there's some kind of rot that has to be happening at a high level because their staff is consistently awful. We've had bad experiences at all of the locations we've visited, and it's so obviously due to district management that is not training management under them who are, in turn, not training or holding to account their staff.
This location was okay at first. We got great service the first few times, the food was good, and the beer has never been a problem. This last time, though, whatever decent manager they had must have fled because it's getting dirty (do they think customers won't notice all the nasty windowsills or that the soap dispenser in the bathroom is horrifying?) and when we finished our meal, we sat there for at least 10 minutes literally watching our server on her phone before we got our check. But I don't even blame her because if rules aren't enforced and training isn't done, high standards aren't even a consideration.
Sadly, I think we're done with the whole chain, although I'm sure we'll still pick up a six pack here and there. It's just a shame how obvious it is that the entire corporation doesn't seem to care about the customer experience. (Or the employee experience, I guess.)

The service is good, but miss their cranberry seltzer. Won’t be back until they bring it back.

Excellent place. Salt money was a refreshing lager on a 100° day. The caprese sandwich was great. Thyme on the fries is interesting.

The food at Bosque is just okay usually but I absolutely love the cranberry seltzer. I have heard rumors that it might be going away and if so I won't have a reason to come back. I am sad to hear this!

The food at Bosque is incredible, and the atmosphere makes it even better. Shout out to Madison, Dora, Jazz, Brandon, and Rigo, they are all amazing. Super kind, attentive, and fun to be around. Every visit feels relaxed and welcoming. Easily one of my favorite spots.

The food was just ok, nothing special. In fact my daughter ordered the beef tacos, they were super spicy and she could not eat them but nowhere on the menu did it say it was spicy.
She also had the cider, which tasted like beer, not great, it was very hoppy...
I had the Caesar salad, it was ok, not great but edible and the beer battered chicken was very dry.
To compensate for the poor quality of our mains, we ordered 3 desserts: the flourless chocolate torte (dry as a bone, hard as a rock), the lemon 3-layer cake with raspberry sorbet (again very dry and severely lacking in taste - the sorbet had no flavour at all and I mean at all) and the dulche de leche cheesecake (the only one sort of edible out of the 3).
The best part of our meal? The water which was free :)
There was no TP in the restroom, the service was slow and not the most friendly or patient. The atmosphere was dull. Overall very disappointing!
For the price, this was not worth it...and we will never come back!
