My mom had a gift card for here. Naturally, we hadn't been here in awhile, so we stopped in. Not many customers at the time, but the food smelled good and steam coming out of the sides. We got the meal for 3 and added on a rack of ribs. Since they were small, she put an extra one in. When we got home, we realized we only got half a chicken and were charged extra for the second rib (the way she stuffed the bag, there was really no way to check it before we left). I called over there and it turns out, they split the meats and charged for the extra rib we didn't ask for (she made it sound like we'd get the whole chicken and ribs for a special price- not). The chicken was a small game hen at best, the ribs meaty but a little grisly. The sides: cornbread, green beans, sweet potatoes, and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was boxed Kraft standard, but I don't complain about mac and cheese. For a free meal and a few extra dollars, it was good (not great), but don't think we'll be back anytime soon...

Great food and the employees are always kind and patient. But they almost always seem to be out of ether mac and cheese or sweet potatoes. And there are creeps in there parking lot that were looking inside are car. But I know that the employees can't control bad people outside their restaurant, but still. But this will always be a very amazing restaurant.

The customer service was charismatic enough to leave an impression. I tried their bacon brussel sprouts because they looked so good. I actually hate brussel sprouts but really enjoyed theirs. I also tried their spicy honey glaze which was really little more than hot sauce and honey, it was tangy but weird tasting...

Well I wanted some prime rib that they advertised. But by the time I got there around 6:30 they didn't have anymore. so I decided I wanted ribs. But they were also out of ribs the moment. I ended up ordering meatloaf which they called two pieces it look like only one to me. I tasted the meatloaf and there was no way I could eat it it didn't look mushy but it was pretty mushy. I actually took it back up to the counter and they gave me a piece of chicken instead. I think for what they serve you the price is too high. That is why I gave them only two stars. For their benefit I must say the place was fairly clean. And the staff was nice.

The food at Boston Market has really gone down hill. Sides were all crusty and the meatloaf was hideous, but not as bad as the turkey which tasted vaguely of plastic and nothing like turkey! Just awful. The staff was super nice though.
