Usually we have great service coming here. My mom loves the mashed potatoes but this last month we try to order and they're closed. I mean I get it you change your hours but we go around 5-6 and they've been closed every single time. You can't call because the phones off the hook, I decided to drove over to see it pitch black in the restaurant with two male employees sitting outside smoking (with their uniforms on) so I guess just fuck the customers and let's get high.Might as well just close the establishment for good!

Great food and even greater employees. Especially the employee named Micheal that worked on the night of 1.7.23We had to wait on my pot pie but he took great care of us. Made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. He even asked if the music playing was okay for us. & even though both employees didn't have too, they both checked on us a few times. Amazing atmosphere. Thank yall.Kid-friendliness: There was a baby with their parents and the employee Micheal made sure it wasn't too cold in the lobby.

I've always liked Boston Market for their freshness, service, and delicious chicken. However, today that I went in there was only one employee trying to manage the whole thing! There was a line of people waiting to be served. The gentleman that was the only one working had to get the sides from the back of the kitchen once the sides at the front were empty. He had to cut the chicken and also run the register. This guy deserves a gold metal and a big bonus for what he's doing at Boston Market. Now the food was blah. The chicken was dry, there was no corn so I substituted it for macaroni and cheese which was extremely salty and the mash potato was borderline cold. Boston Market management needs to make some arrangements to get more help so they don't continue to get unsatisfied customers like myself.

A very quiet place. There was not very many customers. I got my food and I recall paying for a soda, but never picked it up when I left. The meatloaf was excellent. I just wished I remembered my soft drink.

Michael and the gentleman working with him were extremely courteous and kind! They were cheerful and happy to be working even though it was only 2 workers on a very busy night! They did an amazing job with our food and the great service always makes the food 100% more enjoyable! They were very generous and told us we should return and/or order food for thanksgiving which is very uncommon, but made us feel great! They weren’t just there for a paycheck you can tell they find pride in making people happy and comfortable! I live in a different city but would love to be served by people like them every time I went out! Thank you Michael and your coworker. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name

Unfreaking-believable. It's 37 degrees outside and there's a line of people waiting for thanksgiving orders that no one bothered to put together ahead of time. Like we're at a soup kitchen. Never again.

A very weird vibe sitting in the restaurant. The girl waiting on us kept asking to repeat the order because she had an earbud in her ear and couldn't here. The food was ok, but the place needs a serious update.

Went in because tmobile Tuesday had an offer for $5 off! The food was really good and super fresh! The workers were really friendly & were quick to recommend suggestions since we hadn't been there before! They were super fast changing out the lemonade since it was out as well!

I used to go there quite often. Now it's not the same as it used to be. The fountain drinks are constantly out. And the food isn't as good as it used to be. Quality has dropped tremendously.Parking: Parking is good due to no business.

Our food was very good and the young man working the counter was was extremely kind and professional. We were extremely disappointed that they no longer serve turkey except around the holidays. This was our preferred protein. Bring back the turkey please ?

Staff is rude AF. No greeting. They ignore us completely. And just bad customer service. It's a turn off to the food.

I spoke with the new manager, Rudy, of this location and let me just say he has cleaned this location up A LOT! Great job Rudy! However, they discontinued the prime rib at all locations...☹️
