I never felt this much pity for a bar, startin with the staff security looked nothin like security to where I thought I had handed my ID to thugs, the bartender was chatty, and all uniforms were lacking to where you can mistake workers as customers. The food here not worth it when half of it sounding gross and the drinking cost double of what i could get at my home bar

One place we will definitely not go back to, from the beginning we started to have a horrible experience, one of the bouncers started to make comments about how people behind us were dressed, is something he should have kept to himself. reserved the VIP room and was promised our own wait staff, the waitress hardly came by to check on us, other people were sitting down in our section even after we were told it would have been closed off just for our party, then talked to the bouncer when we stepped outside to get food when we tried to go back in 10 minutes later we were told we were too drunk to go back in, my designated driver was drinking water and soda the whole time, we were told we must have gone to another bar and got drunk, when I told them I needed to close down my tab I only had 2 drinks to pay for in the 1.5 hours we were there, horrible way to be treated. what was supposed to be a special night with friends and family turned out to be a bad experience from this place also being talked down to by the bouncer when tried to resolve the issue about my tab didn’t help either.

Was able to order some ok food but otherwise no western/country music was played for a place called Bourbon and Boots and service was ok only if you initiated going up to the bar. Disappointed. Need better country/western places in abq
This was our first time!! Went last night to the Hunks show and my cousins debit card was hacked and it started to happen as soon as she got done paying for one round of drinks. She was charged over 600 on her debit card and that was insane!! Recommend only bring cash to this place.

Was there for a while lame comedy show so I decided to go to other bars in the area and explore I went back and they said I couldn’t go in yet I’m next door playing pinball instead hope their business fails and closes down

These workers don’t care about answering phones nor opening on time. I have been trying to get ahold of your store and no one is answering unable to leave a voicemail just hangs up. No one was there to open the doors when it was time I waited for 10 mins and tried calling and nothing. I am still calling now and no one is answering.
