Today I had the worst experience in this place, to start I booked a week before because I knew it could be busy for Mother's Day. My reservation was for 6 in the afternoon, it should be noted that we arrived at the place at 5 pm, that is, an hour before the reservation time, they had us waiting until 6 at a table next to the bar, the girl behind the bar very attentive, when I asked the hostess about our table she brought me to the manager of the place and told me that there was a delay of about half an hour that if we wanted to wait anyway, half an hour later when I ask the hostess about the table again He told me that the delay was an hour, my baby was very hungry and at that moment I proceeded to ask him for a cheese pizza that was on the children's menu, the pizza was delayed, they did not give us our table at 7pm Already an hour after the reservation time, I look for the manager and, very embarrassed, he sits us at a table that was not even ready (my baby's pizza had not yet arrived). I ask him for a chair for the baby and he proceeds to continue doing his work. things completely forgetting what I had asked, luckily we had a very attentive waitress and once we were seated everything came out quickly, the food was not even good, it lacked flavor and 2 of the dishes we ordered were cold, not a good place and I definitely do not plan to return. It is the only place where it takes 1 hour to make a baby's food, where you have to ask for things 3 times to be able to get them and where despite booking in advance you have to bother once and for all. again to the staff to give you your table

Had reservations at 4:15 on Mother’s Day today didn’t get seated till almost 5. A party of eight my father is 87. My husband has MS we rarely all get together like this! They ran out of bread didn’t receive our plates until 640. The food was horrible. The salmon was completely dried. My daughter’s food was raw. The manager said he will take care of us.. he never came back to give us Parmesan cheese or to discuss bad food I’ve never seen a place ran so unprofessionally. You can hear the cooks arguing in the back. I will never go back there. This was all of our first times there and we go out to eat. Often!

Here on mothers day and we waited for nearly 2 hours. Food sat under heaters for over 30 minutes. Would not recommend this restraunt whatsoever.

Two stars. I was disappointed by the food. Caprese salad bland. Artichoke dip was somehow flavorless, goopy spinach cream mess; not an artichoke in sight. My pomodoro was as sweet and sugary as can be, which isn't what I want from a pasta. Husband's lobster and shrimp fettuccini cost $10 more than the shrimp fettuccini with two very small lobster bits blowing up the price. My mother and law ordered eggplant Parmesan that was burnt- and oh came out as chicken parm, not eggplant. Server, while nice, was not super aware and seemed bothered by any requests. Overall, feels like cheap quality at good quality prices. Won't be back.

We've got food poisoning from this place. We reported it to the New Mexico department of health and our doctor's office. We called bravo to report it and they always give us the run around promising a refund from head chef Robert and Manager Diedra but we never received anything after a month! Every time we call they avoid us by saying the chef is at the store or no Manager available after promising us time after time. We used to love this place and would go multiple times a year but after this last experience and my toddler being ill for over a week we will not return. Still waiting to hear back from Robert, Deidra or the district manager. I just recently called again and the girl who answers the phone by the name of Alexis was not helpful saying she's busy and no one is available to take my call. Horrible service

We came here for a work lunch with a fairly large party. Food is about on par with a large chain. Bread was pretty good. I had the chicken Marsala which was decent but the wine flavor was a bit one note sour. The mashed potatoes were decent. The green beans had a nice crunch but we're under seasoned. It was good for a work thing but not sure I'd do a date night or special evening here.

Amazingly slow and mediocre food with horrendously inattentive service. When there are only four tables of people total in the restaurant there’s no excuse for anything not being hot or for a server to forget just about everything you ask -bread, sweetener for tea, even Parmesan cheese.

I usually do not do reviews, but I had to. 1 -Service was slow. The excuse from manager, a new cooking staff. 2 - Did not have ingredients for a drink. The entries were ok at best. 3 - you are persay an Italian restaurant, expresso machine is broke, so no speciality coffee drinks. 4 - Dessert, took forever wait just to be told after the order, no Gelato, no Buddy V's cake, or the chocolate molten cake.I definitely will not return.
