Really disappointed. I haven’t been to the storefront since before Covid, but I have had the doughnuts at Little Bear and they seemed good???. I bought a dozen, it was extremely expensive and they all seem stale, dry and cold. I asked if they bake them daily and she said yes but I don’t believe these were. I also ordered a drink and it is completely tepid. Definitely not comping here again

Menu inaccurate. No hempanadas, no gluten free donuts.

Really cute shop sweet staff and out of this world donuts. The coffee is also fabulous with sweet little leaf designs in the foam if you get a latte. I love it here. The vibes are immaculate

2 out of the 3 things we ordered were incorrect. We went to exchange them and were told exchanges are not possible (after leaving a nice tip). Really?! We’ll never come back again. There are much better local doughnut shops in the area that deserve the business more than this place.

Their staff member refused to refund or exchange for the 2 out of 3 donuts they had incorrectly given us, 10 minutes after purchasing (the time it took to discover the error). I had tipped $3 for the 3 employees I saw there, totaling $16 to essentially not pick our own order and be treated rudely. Unfortunately, if this team member is representative of their business, then this is not a local business worthy of their community's support. If you are looking for a morning outing with your family, there are better ABQ businesses in the NE Heights to spend your money at.
FYI the bus is no longer accessible, in case you were taking a kiddo along to check it out. We were there Sunday morning on 11/30/25.
Got an unglazed donut and a cinnamon sugar donut with some drip coffee. Wow those were good! The unglazed was exactly what I want from a donut: fresh, soft, slightly chewy. The cinnamon sugar one was crispier but just as good. This will definitely become a regular spot for me, go check them out!

am sorry I don't like to give bad reviews but I am honest we did not care for the doughnuts the flavor was not enough I mean like maple you could not taste it now I have to say we did like the coffee doughnut that was good and diffrent. This was our first time here. It is very clean and friendly customer service I did not try any drinks but it seemed like that was selling and the droughts for 6 was $25.00 plus tax. There doughnuts are not sweet like how you expect a doughnut to be not sure if its what the fry the doughnut in or what they put in the mix but I am sorry we did not care for them. I would highly recommend you try them though and probably order the drinks cause I seen that selling really good .

Lovely little shop with a double decker bus outside and a few tables inside and outside the shop. Donuts were NOT like the sugar grease bombs in other places that was, to me, wonderful. (Which may or may not be your preference). Donuts were a good size. Outstanding cinnamon rolls. Good variety of tea and coffee.
A small variety of donuts are available. They do have seasonal or special donuts that are rotated. They do have a chocolate glazed donut, though not an all chocolate donut.

Service is pleasant but 4 - 5$ is steep for a donut that is basically just ok.

****Donuts taste good, along with the service and atmosphere.**** But the prices are way overbloated. Not sure why 1 donut is over $5. Not sure if they import the water, dough from overseas.

It's an experience not just a donut 🍩
Recommend!
Clearly they don't listen to, or address customers concerns of ridiculously high prices. That's greed and disrespect. So they believe they can get away with ripping us off AND pawning off old, stale donuts on their customers. If that's not fraud, it's certainly negligence.
I like coming to Bristol Doughnut Company because it’s off my normal daily commute. I usually order an americano with a flavor they have for that month and a doughnut. The staff has always been friendly and answered any questions I had regarding their menu or flavor for the coffee. I’ll be a returning customer.
Wonderful staff and great overall Vibe. The donuts were amazing! I can see this place exploding during the day. Glad we came early!
