We didn't have a long wait and got there about 5PM. The food was great and I enjoyed the sports atmosphere.

Horrible service and horrible food. We were a party of 10. I ordered the chicken tenders with Mac & Mash no gravy the server brought it out with gravy I told her I asked without she stated she would be back with the mash potatoes & Mac (since it wasn’t ready) she then returned with Mac & cheese beyond COLD the cheese was so hard and clumpy it was disgusting. I then told her and she said to many people came in at once and they wouldn’t have the mash potatoes or Mac ready before we left the restaurant. They still never brought it out . Very disappointed

I placed an online order for pick up using the app DoorDash as a customer. I follow the directions where it said to park here for pick up, and I waited and nobody came out. I went in through the side door and a manager by the name of Riley came up and yelled at me that I needed to pick it up at the second window like all other DoorDash employees I tried to explain that I was not an employee of DoorDash and just a customer and that They should’ve brought it out where they shouldn’t have had us park on the side for pick up. I proceeded to walk to the window to figure out where to pick up my order. Another young lady was trying to help me gather my order and another rude employee came up and told me that I had no business Talking to the manager as a DoorDash employee that I should know the rules I laugh and try to explain that I was not an employee and I was a customer. This is the rudest set of young girls that I have ever dealt with at a restaurant. I will never again order a pick up at Bubbas 33 in Albuquerqueand I will never eat at Bubba’s 33 due to these rude nature of these girls. My food was incorrect and it was cold and it was not worth the $75 or the hassle

I just have to share this experience because I’m honestly shocked. We went to Bubba’s tonight after receiving 3 free kids’ meal coupons and 2 appetizer coupons straight from the owners at the Ballon Fiesta. When we tried to use them, the manager Arthur was incredibly rude. He said we couldn’t use them with a combo, then literally threw the coupons on the table. That’s not how you treat customers — especially when the owners themselves gave out those coupons to bring people in. We were excited to have a nice family meal, but this ended up being the worst experience ever. Really disappointing, Bubba’s. I hope the owners see this and address how customers are being treated.

this review is for Bubbas 33 Cottonwood location . Today after our motorcycle ride to jemez our club stopped at Bubbas cottonwood to eat and have a beer . upon entering and staff getting our table ready for about 30 of us total a guy approached us and told us that we weren't welcome at that location and would need to leave immediately , which is weird because the i25 location has ZERO issues with us . there was NO SIGNAGE indicating we couldn't have our vest on , again not an issue at i25 . guess we will only patronize i25
