Very delicious salads and pastas…. The environment is cozy BUUUUT. Lemme tell you something…. U better ask for BRIANNA as your server. She is the meaning of service and professionalism… I have aten in many fine dining restaurants and didn’t get that kind of treatment…. From Beverly Hill to New York , she is one of my favorite servers.
Cheers to this place for her.

Service and food were good. I was disappointed that the special instructions and birthday celebration that I made note of in Open Table app reservation did not get to wait staff.
Friendly, excellent, customer service on the part of Reyes, our waiter and Edgar, the chef who came out to our table with our food order.
This was our first visit. My sister and I missed lunch by 20 mins so had to order dinner which was pricey. Had we known the portions were so big, we would have shared. Atmosphere is great, but too many decorations all over the walls and lots of turns down various hallways to your table. Our waiter got super busy with a huge tour group that arrived by bus. He still managed to wait on us, and seeing what happened there, we assurred him we were patient which he appreciated. We did have to wait awhile to order dessert to go because the large tour group all decided to get up and leave after they had already sat down and ordered, so staff including our waiter had to clean and reset everything after they began to leave. For the inconvenience, chef Edgar brought us free scoops of ice cream with sprinkles and a cherry, and the staff provided us with an additional gift card for a future visit discount. Overrall we enjoyed our food and dining experience and would recommend it to others.

Asked for the 4 for 40 deal and the waitress gave us the wrong order. Had a birthday cake and she never brought us forks. She had even joked about not bringing them. Save your money and go somewhere local like Mario’s. Not the first time the service was poor.

The standard classic Buca. There are none near our home so when we are near one we drop in and stuff ourselves.
We had the “Buca Big” Eggplant parm and Baked Rigatoni dishes. Easily enough to stuff 6 adults. So we have 4 more meals to take to our hotel which has a full size fridge. It’s whats for lunch and dinner.
I know it’s not like Italy (see my reviews there) but we like how Buca makes it.
Service from Lizzie was excellent and with a smily face. I believe she had a nearby Karen take her phone conversation out of speaker. It was greatly appreciated.

We came here for lunch. The food was good. The service was terrible. We had Savannah and I’ve never seen someone that works as a server so joyless. We had to wait about 10 minutes before she ever came by. Then waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. Then the food came out and I had to ask if we could get some of the complimentary bread because she didn’t want to bring it out for us. Same thing waited about 10 minutes. As a former server I took pride in my work and ensured everyone had the best time possible, Savannah didn’t have that mentality. No smile, no pleasantries, nothing. I was embarrassed that it was my choice to come here and show my mother in law this restaurant. But the food was good, except the bread was cold and stale.

The server we got was Savanha. She would lean against the Pilar while taking our drink order. She never smiled. She didn't greet us with her name. It seemed like we were inconveniencing her. We got appetizers and she didn't come back once to see how everything was or to refill our drinks. I tried get another servers attention he was tall, thin and looked like Peewee Herman. He just shrugged his shoulders put his hands out and said sorry. The lasagna was dry and tasteless. The chicken cabanara was dry they only put a small amount of sauce on top of a big serving of pasta. The chairs.are so old.looking and dirty. This place has gone down hill big time. The service is so terrible. Ill be going to Olive Garden from now on. Please do not waste your money here.

Mediocre Italian food & very loud atmosphere. Dusty pictures all over make me wonder about overall cleanliness. Waitress was very nice though!
