I have order their products for years and ha enever been disappointed in the quality.
Tried the red chili beef enchiladas.
Got a tray full of chili sauce with mushy liquified tortillas.
Tasted like excessive habanero.
Will never eat from Bueno Foods again!
Bought some hot green chile and it was full of stems. Red Chile container half full. They were always a great buy, what happened?
Went down hill.
Bought both pork and chicken in the past and were good.
Now my dogs won't touch them.
And they eat out of the cat pan.
Tremendous bad treatment and racism that they have towards Latinos
I purchased a dozen Frozen red chili tamales, usually these have always been the best tamales, unfortunately when I opened the package the tamales are almost half the size they used to be and they are wrapped in something more like paper not corn husks... I am very disappointed and we'll probably never buy these tamales again... Very disappointed....
Terrible attitude towards drivers. You don’t have to come here even one minute earlier than the appointed time, the people in the office are rude and won’t even talk to you.
Selling 6 tortillas in a pack for $4 is terrible, abuelita is rolling over in her grave. Sell a dozen tortillas already…
I bought these today. They are not worth the money. I can buy a dozen of homemade tamales at Romero's for 18.00 and they are great. They smell like dog food when you warm them up, pork is cut smaller than papitas, they are small in size, and the masa doesn't cook all the way from the inside. You can buy hormel tamales in a can that taste better. What has happened to this business?

The first time there, everything was great. Ron was a great bartender, and even though he was new to the area he new menu, and the food. We had a great time. Thanks Ron,Michael and Lydia
Purchased two dozen Bueno tamales at Smith's for $18.99 per dozen. Big mistake! They were small, tasteless, very dry masa with very little filling that was dry also. Pouring chile over them couldn't even salvage them. Should have stuck with El Modelo tamales! Would have got my monies worth all the way around! Lesson learned!!
Almost choked on a Chile stem, I will never buy anything from bueno again.
The tamales are pretty good. Review from Denver, co.
Sooo disappointed!! Bueno frozen green chilli full of skin and stems! Pretty sad how this product has gone down hill. I will be buying Albuquerque tortilla productsI'm switching to Albuquerque tortilla.
