I don't believe their tamales are 2lbs 4 oz anymore. They're tamalitos now even in the big pack. They're taking away more and more from them and are now charging more. A multi million dollar company ruining it self. 2 inch Tamales They're 🫔 giving the emoji is the actual size. Sad. And when they respond to your comment there's no substance, it has been the same copy and paste apology for the past 10 years, the only thing different is the name, at least make the customer feel like you actually care and give back an answer as to why the products are starting to be this way. Why are you cutting your tamales down smaller and smaller year after year?
You already took away corn husks to save money and now you're making the tamales miniature and still calling them 2 lbs 4oz?
I bet they're being frozen then weighed. Of course Ice is going to weigh alot! I used to eat 2 and be full, then 3, now I have to eat 5 for what 2 used to be. The old customers are getting old. Why aren't you making us happy? The kids of your faithful buyer's?
The sliced green chile have tons of stems and inedible pieces of skin
Too much seeds, water and skins in their green Chile. Seems like they are getting too top heavy. Young guns have you beat, bad!
I used to treat myself with the cheese enchiladas, red and green. Then they changed the corn tortillas. They just don’t stand up to the sauce. Why would you do that? And why is a 3.3 star rating ok with you?
Switched to Young Guns there chile is 100 times better. Bueno is no longer bueno!
I have order their products for years and ha enever been disappointed in the quality.
Tried the red chili beef enchiladas.
Got a tray full of chili sauce with mushy liquified tortillas.
Tasted like excessive habanero.
Will never eat from Bueno Foods again!
Bought some hot green chile and it was full of stems. Red Chile container half full. They were always a great buy, what happened?
Went down hill.
Bought both pork and chicken in the past and were good.
Now my dogs won't touch them.
And they eat out of the cat pan.
Tremendous bad treatment and racism that they have towards Latinos

I purchased a dozen Frozen red chili tamales, usually these have always been the best tamales, unfortunately when I opened the package the tamales are almost half the size they used to be and they are wrapped in something more like paper not corn husks... I am very disappointed and we'll probably never buy these tamales again... Very disappointed....
Terrible attitude towards drivers. You don’t have to come here even one minute earlier than the appointed time, the people in the office are rude and won’t even talk to you.
Selling 6 tortillas in a pack for $4 is terrible, abuelita is rolling over in her grave. Sell a dozen tortillas already…
I bought these today. They are not worth the money. I can buy a dozen of homemade tamales at Romero's for 18.00 and they are great. They smell like dog food when you warm them up, pork is cut smaller than papitas, they are small in size, and the masa doesn't cook all the way from the inside. You can buy hormel tamales in a can that taste better. What has happened to this business?
