The girl who took my order received me with a really horrible attitude and was really rude, when she gave me my change she threw the money in my hand I do not recommend this location it has been multiple times I have had bad experiences at this location but never left a review till today.

Horrible service! The cashier and Michael, the manager, were rude!

Ordered ahead on thanksgiving eve and everything was ready on time. Had to wait in line for a bit to pick up but that was apparently due to them being short staffed that day and of course there was one customer who was being difficult. Other than that the service was friendly and my wings were really good.

Our group enjoyed the food but not the service. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, our server had plenty of time to have an attitude. Eye-rolling while taking our food order. Eye-rolling when we let her know that we were missing a drink. Took her10-15 mins for her to bring it, we had to remind her twice. When we asked for sweetener for the teas, we received a forced toothy smile and a promise to bring some right away. It never arrived.

Fortunately, the waitress was in a halfway good mood when the food was ready and brought it out within a reasonable amount of time. Yet again, she had an attitude when someone told her that an item was missing.

It was sad that the service at BWW was lacking this much and it is something I will not soon forget. I do not recommend a visit there. I sympathize for any diligent and courteous employees who have to work with a rude, immature personality like that. I've not had very many bad experiences anywhere I dine but this place was the cream of a bad crop!

Other: the place was fairly busy while some employees stood around not doing anything. They might have thought to assist the servers but that didn't happen. Did this place have a manager on-site, I don't know. It was a ridiculous wait time just to get our bills/tickets. That alone took half an hour.

I also noticed that the kitchen staff wouldn't even come out to greet a customer who had a pickup order. He had a long wait for his food.

BWW, at least your honey bbq chicken salad was good. It's just not worth the rudeness of your employee and the apparent long wait for pickup. Also, is there a manager on-staff? You might consider hospitality training.

Me and my husband was watching Thursday night football for 15 mins no service so we left.

Charged me 3 dollars for a ranch

Order carried out. It was 24 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The carry girls are just hiding in the back. Slow and unprofessional.

Got mugged in the parking lot, they took my Jordans. Jokes on them they were the fakest Jordans this side of missauga

It's always extremely cold for comfort when dining at any of the buffalo wild wing. When asked if they can turn it down they said they can't because they have it like that for the cooks. Not sure what business worries for the comfort of their cooks. It's currently 61° outside and indoorsfeels colder than outside. We had to bring blankets in for our kids. This is one of the biggest reasons why I've stopped coming to buffalo wild wings the other is food always takes longer than 45 minutes to come out. I'm giving a 2 star review because of those 2 reasons other than that service was good!
