Unfortunately, the service and the food we're bad waited over an hour to get our food and drinks during lunch time. Only thing that was okay about the whole ordeal was the manager was really nice. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she deserves a lot of credit for the service she gave

Great place for cold food, raw wings, and service where the entire staff cleans the front counter area and can’t come around to check on customers. Wish I could’ve left a negative star review…

Party of seven. One person wasn't able to eat because salad fixings were frozen. Waitress misunderstood order and doubled it for wife and myself.

This is the worse location I’ve visited so far.
The boneless wings were super dry. I’m not coming back. Do not recommend.

Service is probably the worst I’ve ever had in any restaurant before. They were completely dead maybe 2-3 tables and still a 10 minute wait for menus. The server seriously needs to be let go. No sense of urgency he didn’t bring utensils after we asked then we finally got them from another server that was walking by. The wings got cold waiting for that. Drinks were empty before the meal impossible to get refills and any attention. Manager was helpful in taking a small percentage off the bill.

if you order online check your food its wrong more often than not. I called and said I only got half my order and their answer was to drive back 30 minutes in the middle of rush hour for them to remake it, no thanks I will just avoid in the future.

The service was horrible she kept forgetting about us we waited for ever, then found hair in our food told the waitress and she said she would tell the manager. No one came to apologize for the hair they could have cared less. I will never go there again. On a positive note the food was great just wish they had better service.

Wings tasted like they were cooked the day before and just reheated. Came out to the table room temperature at best. Not the first time this has happened. Either a bad cook or a bad GM. Haven't figured it out yet. Maybe both

Wow!!! This place is UNBELIEVABLE!!! On a Saturday @ lunch, they had one server in the restaurant and the bartender at the bar. She couldn't care less. I looked around, and we were 9 tables waiting for service. We all had menus, but no drinks, and she was not worried about it. After about 20 min, she took my order and disappeared again. There was no manager on site, and more people were coming in. The food orders were puling in the kitchen, but there was no one to bring it out to the tables. After one hour of waiting, I left, and I left for good. I am never going back!!

I haven’t eaten here in a while . This place has really gone down hill. Our fried pickles were soggy, the wings were over cooked.
Plus they gave us more ranch than food . It was crazy like am I supposed to drench my food in ranch . No veggies either but it’s probably a good thing cause their veggies taste like soggy noodles

Dirty and we sat there for 10min waiting to get our drinks ordered and nothing. The waiter walked passed us 3 times and didn’t even care acknowledge us. Not coming here again. On top of that, all the tables were dirty with plates still on them
