It’s an on and off experience here. Depending on the server. Yesterday I had a waitress take long every time we waited for her to come, waited on our drinks, food and the check. We were there for a long time. the server made me uncomfortable didn’t even get me time to talk. Walks fast and interrupted by her just talking herself and walking without having what I had to say. She rudely put our food down and seemed like she didn’t want to even talk to us because she was just too busy for us. Never ever has a very very bad experience here.

Please tell me why you keep the cold ranch in the heat box? My ranch is super hot :( . I thought ranch was cold???

Has seriously gone done hill my boneless wings were all breading and hard af! My server didn't pay attention to us one bit I had to wait forever and wave him down just to get a refill.! Will never come here again!!!!!

The unorganized, entirely open seating approach could work if there was any coverage of the floor by the service staff, but there simply isn’t. After waiting at a table for 10 minutes without being approached by anyone to get even a menu, we got up and went to the bar top. I saw two other couples experience the same wait and just get up and leave. This is a recurring problem at this BWW I’ve seen at multiple visits.

Management must be non-existent or completely unaware as they allow this problem in coverage/service to continue while it’s literally causing customers to walk out the door

Ordered the deal that they have 15 wings five tenders and ranch and I only got the 15 wings and barley any fries. Also no ranch apparently nobody pays attention

If I could leave no stars, I would. Got a delivery tonight, figured wings and football is the best combo, but what I received was a piss poor excuse for boneless wings. Absolutely no quality control, most of the wings had no sauce of them, and the majority were smaller than McDonald's chicken nuggets. There is absolutely no reasoning for this, especially since the quality check wasn't even done. Either get better workers or actually have quality control on what gets sent out. Completely unacceptable

PROBABLY THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Celebrating a 21st birthday with a party of 6. Charles was our server and he was very unpleasant to be around. Started off by walking up to our table with an attitude and says “Drinks?” It caught us off guard but we were just seeing how it would be after that. We continued to order the birthday girl a Bahama Mama and Charles said “Are you messing with me because that’s not a real drink.” We asked for him to check with a bartender and he continued to say “If it’s not on my tablet it’s going to be a $30 drink because we would have to pay separate for everything.” He didn’t bring our food out to us someone else did and he didn’t check up on us not one time. When we had finished eating he came over to ask about a check and we made a comment “Nice to see you because we haven’t seen you around.” He turned around and said “Haven’t you seen me running around?” And we replied “No, especially not over here to check on us.” He continued to talk back, Sigh, roll his eyes and give us attitude. We went to pay our bill and it took him 10 minutes to ring us up because he was telling other servers about us and they kept looking back with him and laughing. It was very uncomfortable and we will not be returning. There needs to be proper training for young kids that think they can disrespect everyone but work in customer service.. Very Disappointing!!!!!!!!

Went here to deliver food for UberEats. I had to cancel the order and didn’t get to end up delivering because after nearly an hour of waiting for the food to be ready it never came out. You guys also got a teenager at the counter who was on his phone the majority of the time. Other delivery drivers were waiting for their orders right there with me. This costed drivers like me my time and money on orders and also at the expense of your customers. Do better.

Possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. At this point just do everyone a favor and close this location.

Pickup order was 30 minutes late on top of the original 30 minutes they said it would take.

We always go to this location because its closer but everytime we order they never check the orders before sending out it seems exp to go. This is probs the 6th time they messed up even when its busy. My husband paid $40 and got the 10 piece but they only gave him 5 so he had to drive to get his 10 so most def next time to anyone always check your order every single time.

I called to place and order they told me I couldn’t place an order thru the phone that I had to come in to the store or order online it was barely 10:13 I tried to place my order for today it wouldn’t let me change the option for pick up so it told me I had to come get it tomorrow at 11 am. I don’t want my wings for tomorrow. Second of all I placed orders over the phone before. Never had this issue . I come in to the store and still waited like 10 minutes for someone to come help me and I told them what was going on the employee was extremely rude and said “well I can’t help you we stop taking orders at 10:30 and u have to come get your order tomorrow morning “I was so disappointed and just asked for a refund and he said I will get a refund in 3 days. All I wanted was a meal after a long day at work and this happened. I’m so sad they treated me like this when I always come here to this store.

The Manager needs to increase the number of bartenders. The place was busy but only had one bartender for the bar and dining area. The bartender was doing her best to keep up with the orders.

I use to love b dubs back in the day but I’m not sure what’s happened in the past few years but the quality is so bad now. and i HATE the fact we have to scan a barcode to get the menu on my phone and put a card on file to order. so dumb. never coming back
