I've never been to a Buffalo wild wings. The salad was good, but what made this a memorable experience was the waitress named shanice. Service was average to begin with. I'm not sure what her problem was. Rude was the best way to describe her at the end of the meal. Couldn't get a to go box (had to go to the bar to get it ourselves) and she was solely concerned about the ticket. Shanice earned this review and Buffalo wild wings loses a potential future customer.

You guys have got to have someone check your pick up orders. This is getting ridiculous. 9/10 it’s always wrong. I just ordered and my husband picked up. Barely any ranch in the containers, got tater tots instead of French fries and barely any sauce on the wings. Plus it’s cold. I’m almost completely done with these guys. Get it together.

Food was okay, but he got our orders wrong. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and recieved a loaded spicy jalepeño sandwich doused in sauce. My friends ordered wings and recieved flavors they didn't ask for. He did fix it after pointed out but Im surprised all three of our orders were not what we asked for initially. We were also accidentally charged for an extra drink.

I ordered wings with Uber eats and asked the driver to ask the restaurant for napkins and wet naps, which they should be providing automatically, and they refused to give them to the driver saying they only give them in the dining room??!!! I don't understand that.....I'm not happy.
Boneless wings are dry and barely drenched with any sauce. $100 for dry wings? The fries were stale as hell. Avoid this place!

Ordered takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings, and the experience was disappointing. No one greeted me when I arrived for pickup—I had to stand there awkwardly while the staff just looked at me giving weird stares.
When we got home and tried the food every wing was hard, dry, and overcooked—not tender at all. & we ordered dry rub for one, but they found a whole new level of dry — not in a good way. I also paid extra for Cajun sauce but got ranch instead. By the time I got home and realized the mistake, it was too late to do anything about it. The lack of service and poor food quality made this a really unpleasent superbowl experience lol.
This isnt an exaggeration — It takes a lot for me to write a review, but this experience was subpar, and I felt it needed to be shared. Definitely not worth the money.

Please tell me why the hideous bartender, Shante, serves me a drink that is unopened!! That's against alcohol servers policy!! I was in shock!! She also never came around for my food order and is seriously so painful to look at!! Aren't bartenders supposed to be attractive??

Went to to eat here yesterday . Waitress couldn’t even look us in the face . Brought my wing combo out within 5 minutes that I’ve been there . Then brings my mans plate 15 minutes later with the appetizer after our food was brought out .its the next day , and Now i have food poisoning literally dying .idk if they’re giving bogo deals or appetizers for $4 because the food is about to expire or already is expired. But it’s just plain out awful
