ordered for delivery. When the drives dropped off the food it was for the wrong restaurant. I tried to call Burger 21 several times and no one ever answers. was able to get ahold if the driver and continued to wait even longer for my correct food. Burger 21 still would not answer their phone. Customer Service is not a priority to them. Very upsetting experience.

Kind cashier recommended the Reuben Hamburger. It was an awesome surprise. The ingredients blended extremely well. My wife took a bite and couldn't believe how tasty it was. She loved her Swiss Cheese Burger but wants to come back and eat the Reuben.

Went in a few weeks ago during the state fair, and not a single customer was inside the restaurant so we walked up to the counter where 3 workers were all looking down or away from the counter.. we stood there for about 3-4 minutes awkwardly then left.. it was like they were pretending not to see us…
(2 women at the counter but looking down… one male facing the other wall..)

They over cooked my burger twice it came out very sloppily made in a careless manner. It’s over prove for the less then fast food type of customer service I received. I’ll not be recommending this place to others and suggest they all stay far far far far away. Also there was tons of flies all over as though I was eating outside.

These atmosphere was clean and very organized.

The service was friendly and professional and best of all accurate in the orders that were well equipped and neatly packed.

The food was very good and came out hot and fresh with a good portion for the price.

Took my niece to her favorite restaurant. We are vegetarian and really like how they have an impossible burger. The fries are really good as are the sauces to dip them in.

Came in just by the look of the front poster of the burger , and grest amazing choice it was !!! For me and my family burgers were cooked to perfection ? onion fries were just as amazing !! The sauces they make are wiked little containers of flavor I had the OMG and my wife had the Bowl burger and each patty was cooked the exact same with flavor

Gluten free easily seen on menu. Got a burger and it was delicious! Staff was very friendly and would definitely recommend.

Wouldn't take 100$ spent 40 mins to get money for a 42 dolar meal for 2 burgers and fries. It was good, not worth the hassle
