Burger 21 Albuquerque

Burger 21 was a pleasant surprise. I was in a rush and needed a quick something on my stomach. I opted for the salad with a beef patty on top. The patty was delicious and the salad was mad with fresh leafy greens. A great place to stop on a hectic Saturday.

Went in 15 minutes before they closed and they refused to serve us. Bad business

Great burger place! Came here on our way to Trader Joe's. The ladies that helped us were very kind and went above and beyond to give us great service, even taking our dishes and trays at the end of our meal.

Taste: The burger patties are very succulent, well-seasoned (verging on too salty for some palettes), and perfectly crisp on the outside. If you are looking for the quintessential burger, you'll find them of amazing quality here. It doesn't try to revolutionize what's already delicious.

Price: The prices here may be a little high for some, but it's what I would expect in the city. Definitely worth it to have that quality of food every time.

Ambience: The atmosphere is very burger joint, modern eatery. The booths look well-worn from use, and may need to be reupholstered for a fresher look, but otherwise it's just what I would expect and want. Overall, the restaurant is kept clean and neat, which is most important, and the signage is clear.

In the future, we will definitely stop by here again!

My sister and I were passing through on a road trip and we wanted to eat at a local place instead of a chain. I got a burger toasty(forgot the name, it was a limited time option with toasted and buttered bread instead of a bun) and my sister got a burger salad with a milkshake. Both of our patties were excellent, cooked exactly as we ordered, and well seasoned. I did not try the fries as I'm on a diet.
There was maybe a little too much butter on the bread, but I cannot complain about the crunch and savory flavor it added and I knew what I was getting into with the butter on my hands.
We did show up at a bit of an off time when most food places are starting to slow down, but everything was very clean (restrooms included) and the staff was very nice and welcoming. There was some wear and tear on the seat cushion of my booth, but it was just a visual bit of wear and tear, the seat was perfectly comfortable otherwise.
The prices are comparable to a Texas style steak burger restaurant but it's quality is also steak burger quality so you do get what you're paying for.

I was in a mood for a burger this evening and wanted to try a new burger spot around my neighborhood. So I came through Burger 21.

They did not disappoint! The pictures of my order does not do it justice. I ordered the Green Chile Cheesy burger with sweet potato fries. Medium well, you’ll be asked how you like your burger cooked. I asked for pepper jack cheese to be on my burger. The lettuce and tomato are fresh and had a nice crisp. The buns were also toasted.

There’s a list of sauces that you’re able to choose from for your fries. The three sauces I tried were Thai ketchup, chipotle mayo, and a cheese sauce. All really tasty and paired well with the sweet potato.

I’ll definitely be a returning customer to try the other burgers on the menu.

When your super picky eater kid says it's the best burger they've ever had, you know it's gotta be good.
Fries are amazing and the shakes are really good.
Just overall a great place to eat.

I came in here to try this restaurant for the first time. I ate the black bean burger with sweet potato fries. The food and service were absolutely wonderful. I commend the chef. Thanks so much for a great meal. And may God bless you all.

Used to be great, but now they tend to really overcook the meat patties. For the price, I expected my burger to be cooked right.

There's nothing wrong with this location itself, the service was nice. But I am just mad at the company as a whole. It is way overpriced. I mean this little veggie burger was $15 and if I wanted to make it a combo it would be $20. The food was pretty fresh and tasted good so maybe that's why it's pricey. But man I would have liked to have some fries with it without paying a fortune

BURGER 21 has the most delicious burgers I’ve ever had in abq nm. Definitely recommend others to come try this amazing place out! Service was great, and atmosphere!
