The fries were so old and dry they were unedible.5. When you go in, they use to have sauces out. Now you have to ask and depend on the person to provide it to you. Aka, put them in the bag.6. Tried the pickles were so old/well done, I couldn't taste pickles. They were completely dried out. I cound taste extremely old oil that tasted like fish. Whether other food is cooked in burnt fish oil, I am unaware.7. When asking for the condiments, those were completely missing in my TOGO ORDER.So yes, I ordered 4 items. And 4 items were incorrect or made poorly.Why I didn't go back?1. I'm not leaving home to drive all the way back. Just because you don't value my dollar or my time, doesn't mean I don't.2. I was confident if it was replaced, it would have not been any better.3. I was convinced that this location would have been incapable of resolving the issue. So I cut my losses.Now I know, I was correct. Instead of taking responsibility you chose to attack those that provide you with feedback. Instead of correcting the root cause of your problem. Went there a year ago and it was an awful experience. I told myself I wouldn't go back. Well..... I made a mistake and gave them another chance. The restaurant was empty for a reason and now I know why. This time around 2 burgers and 1 fries was $38! Counter person was incompetent. I asked for pickles on one of the burgers and she said sure, then charged me for a order of fried pickles and I didn't get pickles on burger. Also their fried pickles we gross, they tasted like fish cause their frying oil was old or tainted. I asked for cheddar cheese and I got pepper jack. I aked for grilled onions and grilled Jalapeños and I got raw. The sweet potato fries had to be a couple days old, they were so stale and not edible. There was not a single thing that went well. Now I know for sure not to go back there. Their reviews are bad for a reason. Trust me.

This is by far my favorite burger in ABQ! The staff was super friendly and the food was great. We got a Cinco and a Tex Mex, and both burgers were cooked exactly how we asked and were seasoned to perfection. And the ingredients were fresh. The only thing we need is to have a little more spicier jalapeños.If you have to choose between 5 guys and here, absolutely come here. You get better prices and better food, with a better atmosphere.We finished with a pistachio shake and cookie and both were great.

Burgers are one of my favorite foods and this place hits the spot. It's hard to find a place that cooks my burger medium and not over cooked they hit the mark every time, cant forget the great flavor it's perfecto and juicy. ?its not just a burger place we also ordered the chicken tenders and they were very good and juicy. The fries are crisp and not greasy, which I love and lastly we can't forget about their milkshakes, omg so good we ordered the bananas foster and strawberry. Can't wait to go back.

For JUST a burger. 15 bucks. For "shareable fries" 9 bucks. Medium fountain drink. 3.40. Kids meals are $8 a piece.For a family of 4, (2 adults, two toddlers) $60.The food isn't awful, but for 60 bucks, I expect MUCH better quality of food. I can go to Carl's Jr and get food of equal or better quality for cheaper. I can make waaay better burgers and fries at home for 8 people at these prices...no wonder this place had 2 other people here on a Friday at 6.$15 for a double patty burger is still over priced especially when the only combo offer you have is 15 dollars for a burger, fries and a drink. Can go to Red Robin and get a double patty burger WITH fries for 16...plus service, a nicer, non cafeteria feeling atmosphere and get refills without having the employees glare at you because they have to stop what they are doing..
