There is NO excuse in 2025 for taking an order, repeating an order, visually seeing it in front of you, and STILL GETTING IT WRONG. At a certain point, when do we start holding these companies responsible for being nothing but greedy and lazy? Not necessarily blaming the individual employee; it's not your fault you're not being properly trained or overseen. I managed a Burger King through college and could not imagine taking zero pride in my work or my location like this. I don't care you gave me a free sandwich to apologize for not giving me severely overpriced cheese on my sandwich for the THIRD TIME at the SAME LOCATION. Not to mention it has happened so many times at locations across the US that I have encouraged my boyfriend to sit in the drive through and check for this specific instance every single time, or he would have brought home a sandwich that disappointed me and was too late to return. BK is sending a "screw the customers" message real strong with this location. Do better than giving me something I don't want and didn't order that costs more than an hour of minimum wage.
