After renovation this location is still terrible. 2 lanes and both have smashed lcd screens. Takes about 20-30mins to get a coffee

Went through drive thru. When I drove up to the window and handed my coupon over to the cashier it nearly broke his brain. He said he couldn't add the coupon to the order because I already placed the order. I told him that made no sense. He said he didn't know how to do it so he couldn't accept the coupon. Like what? That's the only reason I even went... Because I had a coupon. So I ended up paying full price and the meal was trash anyway. Fries weren't even fully cooked and the chicken was dryer than the Sahara Desert.

This place had horrible food that tasted bland. My wife threw up all night from the nachos. The waitress was really nice but it took forever to get our food and she forgot many items. Bathrooms were in rough shape. We are not needy like this post sounds. It is just the hard truth of our experience there.

The refurbishments recently completed not only are a welcome improvement to the mall in which the store is located but provide a more cheerful dining area.

I should also like to say that with the improvements in the facility comes a new management team with new excitement concerning the challenge of running a fast food restaurant.

Both the physical and the metaphysical changes are much appreciated. It should however also be mentioned that the remodeling failed to provide the window coverings that are required to address the extremely hot sun that pours in to most of the seating area.

Eddie, or Edward, at the McMahon location needs to be retrained. After waiting for 45 minutes in the drive-thru and then placing an online order, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, but nobody came. So, I tried to go into the restaurant to retrieve my paid for order only to find that the restaurant door was locked. I knocked on the door and was stared at. An employee (Eddie) gestured to me that they're closed despite their business hours indicating a close time of 12am. I had to shout at him, because he refused to come to the door, that I paid for an online order and needed to get it. He reluctantly came to the door and proceeded to tell me to be patient or he would refuse to give me the food I paid for. He shut and locked the door in my face. I began to pull back into the drive-thru lane to try to get the food I paid for when Eddie came out with my food and rudely instructed me how to spell his name. Our fries were clearly over salted on purpose. All attempted calls to this store failed because the phone never rang, almost as if they intended for it not to. The nuggets were old and the burgers were not the typical Burger King quality I've received just a few weeks ago prior to the remodel. Perhaps the staff needs an overhaul as well.

Standard Burger King. I went in with an online order. Sat for 15 minutes waiting. Someone came in right after me with an online order and was still waiting for her food when I went back to get the parts of my order they forgot. I just don't get why it's so hard to get a simple order made right.

Just reopened after a 4 month renovation & was happy to see the lady who has been there for years still here! Tried the new bacon patty melt and LOVED IT! BEST thing BK has on its menu IMHO!

Placed an order, for burgers that were plain and they ended up having everything on them. Fries had black specs on them didn’t even want to eat them. Employee said they didn’t have any small cups.

Took a real long time to get our food dining in. Drive thru orders seemed to be priority. At one point in time I think they forgot that we were even there. Constantly heard real loud laughing coming from the kitchen area and even swearing. Would not recommend to take young kids to dine towards the evening. Always had great service in the early mornings and afternoons though.

A typical Burger King the burgers or grilled and taste good but sometimes a combinations aren't all that great I didn't like the bread for the melts
