Gotta say that I was shocked out of my socks on this one. This particular Burger King and Blake's have given me the best burgers I've had in the last several years. My only complaint about the BK burger was that it was a little too juicy - likely from excessive liquid condiments. But the flavor was exceptional.
Service was interesting. There were two ordering stations. I drove to the empty one and the screen was blank and nobody answered when I called into the speaker. So I drove past and went to the window. Lady very nicely explained that she hadn't had time to answer me at the speaker. She took my order at the window and was very pleasant.

This Burger King location use to be my favorite location with the older Hispanic lady that use to work there but I don't see her anymore. But I ordered a simple sandwich with no mayo and small fries. Did not follow instructions. My bread is so soggy from the mayo that I requested no mayo in the first place, fries are cold and old. Who are teaching these younger generations how to prepare meals? Or are they just overall lazy and take short cuts? Please make some changes.

This location has been frustrating lately. About a week ago they forgot about me in the drivethrough for about 14 minutes. Then tonight they forgot an item we ordered rushed my wife through the drive through. When I went to call to figure out how to get them item it seemed like they hung up on me. Some of the food was really good and some was kinda bad.They seem to be having issues with staffing or something to the point where the employees are overstressed and the service therfore is lacking heavily.
If I could give negative stars, I would - they completely messed up our order and put everything in wrappers that indicated otherwise! I ordered an impossible whopper and was given a beef Whopper in an impossible whopper wrapper. When I found out, they refused to give me a refund. NEVER getting food from here again, probably going to avoid Burger King all together from now on.

After renovation this location is still terrible. 2 lanes and both have smashed lcd screens. Takes about 20-30mins to get a coffee

Went through drive thru. When I drove up to the window and handed my coupon over to the cashier it nearly broke his brain. He said he couldn't add the coupon to the order because I already placed the order. I told him that made no sense. He said he didn't know how to do it so he couldn't accept the coupon. Like what? That's the only reason I even went... Because I had a coupon. So I ended up paying full price and the meal was trash anyway. Fries weren't even fully cooked and the chicken was dryer than the Sahara Desert.

This place had horrible food that tasted bland. My wife threw up all night from the nachos. The waitress was really nice but it took forever to get our food and she forgot many items. Bathrooms were in rough shape. We are not needy like this post sounds. It is just the hard truth of our experience there.
