Was greeted very nicely at the drive thru, my food didn’t take long at all. The person at the drive thru was nice as well, and was considerate of the sauce I wanted. My food came out really fresh the fries were salted good. I’d say I had a good experience there.

Sitting at the drive thru window without service, greeting, or slight acknowledgement for 10+ minutes. Only one car in line. Awful service. It's no wonder that this BK is barely standing on its last leg of hope for business. Just like Pericos next door, the food was excellent, but the service was awful... So, business fell and they shut down. Looks like the business investment in better service isn't a part of the plan for this crumbling BK site. 2-23-24 7:30am.

Mostly what I would expect from a Burger King — but they severely undercooked my mozzarella sticks and didn't even give me any marinara sauce. I had to come back and ask for it. Other than that, food and service were pretty standard. Not really much else to say. It's a Burger King.

Stay away corporate has been called horrible customer service charged me for things I never received and would not give a refund or food nor answer the phone will be sent to small claims
It was great food, but I think the girl taking orders needs a different job. I asked if the NEW melts were available, no she says, so I leave, we drive around the drive through side and see a big sign flashing, NEW melts, so we go through drive through, and yep they have them, we ordered a bacon cheddar melt, and then mushroom and swiss but when we asked for it on a regular bun, she acted like we asked a physics question, I said regular bun like on the crispy chicken, she says potato bun, we say sure, she repeats herself 3 times, so potato bun, yes, you want the mushroom and swiss on a potato bun right, YES, then when we asked for a second one made the same way, somehow she added 1 plus one more equals 3, it took 5 minutes and 2 different people to explain to her we only wanted 2 with regular buns. She still insisted we ordered 3, and finally after yelling, she figured it out. I don't know if she is just that stupid, or if she doesn't need to be on a register because she hates her job. It was a very simple request. No sourdough, regular bun, on TWO no one ever said 3. I am still giving it a 4 star because it's normally a very good place to eat, and the food is always hot and fresh, tonight it was amazing as usual, just this girl made it very frustrating. She must be new, because it's happened not once, but twice in the last few days. Need some intervention there. Manager. Thanks.

Ate there ask for well done fresh and when I got them the dumped the whole salt on them they were very disrespect and were speaking Spanish like if I didn't understand the thin girl with the ariat jacket laugh with little short guy that made the crystal stated let them eat these with all that salt and well laugh from all the salted add I was very disappointed on the service and how our food was made...
