Went at an off time to pick up online order. Staff were helpful, ppeasant and professional. Food was GOOD, especially for fast food. Generous with bacon on the burger, too. I would & will return.

I ordered an impossible whopper and added bacon and took off the onions, tomatoes and pickles and I was given the burger with NO bacon ( which I paid extra for! ) it had tomatoes, onions and pickles. Ordered onion rings that had no onion in them that was just basically batter

I went in yesterday to Burger King and the people are very nice there and give you excellent service.. this is the second time I have been there as I'm in and out of state now. The older women were very nice and the young man as well. The food was good

This one lady that works here, she judged me by me wanting to change my sweater during the balloon fiesta and I was just trying to go to the restroom and she blurred out in front of everybody. I need to put a sign on the restroom that says customers only and I told her Oh I’m a customer just so you know. Went to change my sweater after driving through the drive-through and I was needing to use the bathroom and I don’t understand why this lady has to treat me like an imbecile when I have been a customer of Burger King and I get this type of treatment… the restroom should be open to everybody and not should be forced to buy food there just to use the bathroom that’s pathetic and that’s no hospitality. No customer service nothing especially if that person just because she didn’t see me order inside the building, I can use the restroom cause we’re paying customers and they have a lock on the door, which is really stupid so it’s kind of weird how they have to be stingy with a restroom and they’re denying people a restroom when it’s their job to clean the restroom and restock the restroom, sweep and mop the floors and be kind to customers. They need to try harder instead of be rude to people, especially because I didn’t expect to be treated this way by some lady who works here.

Wow! This location has it! What is it? Well, here we go. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and advised they would be right there. The drive-thru was packed, the dining room had a few luch guests.
While waiting, I observed the team work together flawlessly and with smiles and laughter.
It wasn't too long to give my order, and I received it way quicker than expected.
The French fries were hot and crispy! The burger looked good and was tasty!
The teams attention to detail and guest experience is a breath of fresh air, all to often the fast food industry misses those marks.

I hope this location continues to be exceptional!

They advertise to open at 5:30am, I work early hours, but no luck. Doors were locked and employees inside whole I waited outside by the doors. Whataburger is down the street open 24hrs.

I have given this location multiple opportunities to make up for the horrible service. Each time I come wait 20 to 30 minutes to get food. When I finally receive the food it’s horrible! Do better Burger King staff your store better, train them on home to get orders out quicker and work on food quality!

I loved going into this burger king! This was actually one of the cleanest burger kings I've ever been in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful!

Ordered small combo, get to window and lady changed it to medium. In the middle of getting order ready lady leaves and new staff come to help. Asked for receipt guys tells me all he's got is receipt on bag . Of course after being charged. Go a 1/4 miles up road and spend 12 bucks on a better burger. Service is better, and they speak English.
