Coke was carbonated water - fries were cold - burger was dry - second not great experience at this location

I visited this Burger King on Sunday March 2nd at approximately 4pm. I received the worse service from the person at the drive up. I started placing my order and everytime I added another meal I could hear the guy say o my god. He needs to do something other that work in the service industry. I will not be visiting this location in the future.

I truly try to avoid this Burger King, the wait time is ridiculous, it does not matter what time of day it is or how many people they have they will AlWAYS take forever to make simple orders. It’s truly frustrating, and it does not matter if you’re in the drive through or lobby.

This has to be the worst Burger King in the country. They either are not open, or they give you the wrong order and refuse to fix it.
Today they gave me an order for Stephanie. I brought it back and Stephanie was in the drive thru. They then took her order back from me and handed it directly to her. Gross!🤢
They also refused to give me the order I’d made. So I have to try and get a refund directly from Burger King.

This location is the WORST!! Orders are always wrong. Missing items everytime. They are VERY RUDE when you ask for the mistakes they made to be fixed. AVOID AVOID THIS LOCATION!! The people inside are horrible!!

You have to use the App to order the Fried Squrrel. But it's worth it. Get the Buffalo sauce, you wont be disappointed.

Place an online order before I go on break at work so it’ll be ready when I get there. Then I wait in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes to get to the window and wait more than they come and say waiting for fries. Waiting 15 minutes for 3 minute fries is ridiculous.

01/04/25- Do all Burger King’s suck at drive thru service?! First I was greeted with “what can I get you” in a horrible tone like I shouldn’t have even came there then I get the wrong damn order AGAIN!! I should have checked the bag. I’m done with BK no matter where I am!!

I've had 3 separate bad experiences with this burger king. Just had an experience today where I ordered my food at 11:30 on the BK app. And then showed up around 12:15, when it told me it would be ready. When I arrived, there was another customer in front of me asking for a refund because their food was not ready on time. When it was my turn, the gentleman (who I believe was the manager) asked me how he could help, and I told him I was there to pick up my order that I had placed online. He had asked another employee if my food was ready. Then they replied that it would be out soon. Waited 20 minutes, and I still did not see any food. While I was waiting , i noticed there was a female employee who was making the food who had sneezed and coughed on her hands. The gross part was that she had continued to wear the gloves that she had sneezed on, making other people's food with the contaminated gloves. I ended up leaving and never received my food. This Burger King, it is completely understaffed, disgusting, and lacks leadership. Don't bother using the app as they won't make your food before you get there. I will not be eating at this location anymore. Which is a shame because it is so close to my work. But after this last experience, I will no longer be eating there and don't even get me started. There, customer service is a joke if yourorderingon the app . I used to like Burger King a lot, but now i'm highly reconsidering going somewhere else.

Ordered at the drive thur. The women taking my order was very rude. The women at the window was very rude and had a bad attitude. When I asked for ketchup she rolled her eyes and took a long time just to give me ketchup. I forgot to look for a napkin in my bag but they usually have at least one napkin not this time. No receipt. Just a really bad experience from start to finish. I will probably pass on this location from now on. Maybe th GM needs to hang out there for a couple of days to show them how they should interact with customers its obvious they forgot this is actually not the only time I've been there and these ladies have had an attitude. I usually dont like to complain because I understand people have bad days but this seems to be the norm. I won't say anything about the quality of the food only because me being unhappy with the service probably influenced what I thought of the food.

This burger king sucks in the drive thru for 10 min get to the window and they don't have my order so they take my order and park me for another 15 min this place is the worst

This store will mislead you into paying more at the drive through. Twice now it's happened so it’s not just a mistake. First time my order was rounded up to the next dollar when I didn't agree to that I was told "it's not my problem, you have to speak to a manager" I spoke to the manager and got my 98c back. This time I had a coupon for a $5.99 meal. They were out of hash browns and asked if I wanted fries instead so I said yes. At the window she wants $7.48 because the fries were a "substitute" so it's a dollar extra. I pointed out it wasn't my fault they were out if hash browns and I shouldn't be charged and again she say "it's not my problem, gimme another dollar"..
This store has lost my business and everyone I know because that's not how to keep customer satisfaction. I will be telling everyone about the lack of integrity of this store on Alameda and I-25..

typical “fast food” joint. Extremely slow service. It will be quicker to hunt the animal. The drive thru speaker doesn’t work well so you can’t hear them.
