Hello, I am a DoorDash or I went to pick up my order and the guy said I had the wrong store and he did not have the order in his system. He said to how he was talking to me and making me feel that I was stupid and I didn’t know my stuff, but what I’m trying to say he had his kid there too. His kid was in the front lobby, but his kid was coughing on almost everything that he touched or saw when his dad told him to go sit down. He didn’t want to sit down I understand he was a little kid and kids are kind of hard a little bit, but they shouldn’t be at their parents job i’m not trying to be rude or anything, but that was kind of inappropriate having a little kid cough on everything in there and I already know how Burger King is because I used to work for you guys back in the day, but I always respect the rules in there and everything but this time it was disappointing in there

Today was a very chaotic day at Burger King. It was lunchtime and there seem to be some sort of system outage. The manager was calm and friendly and he was turning out orders as fast as they could. Great job everyone for making the best of a tough situation. This Burger King has great employees.

I had a bad experience with the manager Billy . He was argumentative and rude , I tried to give him feedback because I didn’t think my order was taken correctly and he argued with me and raised his voice at me . In the end my order was wrong my food allergies prevented me from being able to eat my food so essentially I paid &17 to be talked down to by.a manager .

The lady that served me was very rude! I had to repeat myself multiple times for a coke & when I asked if they were hiring she just said “uh yeah” and walked away! If you want to get treated with disrespect this is the place for you!
I'm not sure if it was the manager but whoever was at the window today did an outstanding job. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays and he put a smile on my face ?
