I placed an order online to pickup in-store at 3:34 PM on a Sunday. I walked into the restaurant by 3:40 Pm. I looked around at the tables and noticed a few needed some light cleaning. The soda fountains are turned off. The restrooms are locked. Upon receiving my order at 3:45 pm I sat down at the tables in the back. I ordered the current Halloween promotional combo. Everything is definitely made fresh. The ice cream tastes great, the soda is average, and the burger was awesome. The mozzarella fries were fresh as well. I finished my stay by 3:53 pm. No issues at this store. I was greeted immediately and they asked for my order within the first 2 minutes walking in. Better service at this location.

Went through the drive up for a Trio for $7.00. Total was 7.53. Handed employee a 20.00 and received 2 fives and a few coins as my change. I told him that wasn't right. He said you had the jalapeños poppers, right? No, a trio. With an embarrassed look on his face, he figured it out on the calculator he conveniently had there and gave me the correct change. Said he was sorry. Watch your change!!! Some employees are taking their own tip from you.

The boy manager threw my whole order inside it looks like then I asked for no ice for my coke gives me ice I asked if I can get a new one he tells me that’s how I ordered it didn’t give my sweet and sour asked if there was some In there and wasn’t what happened to the female night manager cuz this guy one sucks
