Doors locked. I was told "drive thru only". Are we still on lockdown? 3/20 11:55am. It's no wonder there are no vehicles or customers here. I'm taking my $ and business elsewhere.

App didn't work, app said this store was closed, walk-in was closed, lettuce on my burger needed to be wiped off, (wilted and some of that chunky white part of the lettuce) and even then it was terrible☹️ I will not be back to this location. I know this is a new store, and it's super nice looking, but that was about it.
This place was nasty to eat at I had flys all around me then I moved and I saw ants as you can see in the pictures and the video plus the worker that took my order was rude please be careful if you eat

Whoever is working the drive thru window right now. 1:17pm 10/16/23, she is doing a great job. She has long black hair in a braid. Food was fresh. She offered ketchup. Ahe was patient as I did a transfer to my card. Really best service I've had there.

Replacing my 2 year old 3 star review. The place certainly has improved and has become one of my go-to fast food places. There is the occasional error, but much less than in the past. Customer service is often great, and the app eases what mishaps there are readily.

Is this place really open in the morning? I hit the drive thru at 6, 630, 715 and nobody's there.. to be safe I'd say this place opens around noon. Call first.Edit: it was early, I was tired and hungry. This BK isn't THaT bad..they just have staffing issues. And no one seems to understand what "No Mayo" means. But the food is reg BK fare, usually hot and so very very close to correct..and by 745am they were open.
