This BK is horrible. I ordered my meal on the app. I got there at 4:58. The app said my order would be ready at 4:58. The guy told me they were closed and there were no orders even though I had been charged and clearly saw my order on the app at the right address. Dude didn't try helping me at all. I won't be going back here ever. 0 customer service.

Took my daughter today to get a whopper with cheese and ketchup, after opening the package I saw they had put everything but what I asked for, went back inside and asked if I could get a remade with and cheese and ketchup ONLY. The employee then tells me “to order it right next time” terrible customer service someone needs to teach him how to speak to people while he’s being paid

You get what you pay for, know that. It's not quality food but fixes the hunger feeling. Fast food is for those moments of okay let's try it and this was just one of those times. Strangely the tot coins had better flavor than the sandwich and the grease wasn't sitting all over every bite. The coins were way tastier. Coffee was watered down. Sandwich didn't have the right taste or consistency that I remember? Not filling.
