I order often, a meal that is the same nearly every single time, ive experienced wrong orders before here, and Iget it, we are human and cant be perfect all the time, but the food has always SLAPPED, so i aint mad. I literally have never experienced a bad time in the drive thru with the young dudes on staff. Literally every time I go its like saying what's up to the homies. Idk who's hiring and training over there, but they need a raise. Its rare to get such good customer service at a burger king, and let me tell you, harness this lightning in a bottle you got here, every dude you have at the drive thru kills it

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and hash rounds. They're was hair IN the hash rounds. I mean actually cooked IN them. And it was long hair. So no, can't give another chance. I have no idea how that could happen and how no one putting the food could have noticed. But it was gross. 🤢

It’s a Burger King drive through at 1130 at night. The ordering screens are both broken because we can’t have nice things. Line of about 5 cars took about 20 minutes from order to driving away. Food was exactly what I was looking forward to.
