Showed up at 1135pm to grab a burger for my brother coming back to the states. No one answered the drive thru. I saw you hiding in the back, I honked to no answer. I drove to next BK couple miles down the road. It's 1154, they are still taking customers. I told them about your location he laughed, we close at midnight, that's when we stop selling. I will be going to the other location from now on.

Need to change your dine in times on your door. You lie. I was here at 6:00 am you had a full staff and your doors were still locked.
Is fast food so it's really not ever going to get five stars from me but as far as fast food goes it's just fine and the service is slightly above mediocre this South was kind but a little slow and you probably need to do a better job of managing volatility in the Drive-Thru line. I observed customers not leaving after they receive their food holding up the drive-thru line and becoming hostile and aggressive when asked to move on even though they receive their food and paid for it one passenger wanted to get out of his vehicle and start an altercation with other passengers management needs to stay on top of this and train their staff to keep customers moving after they have received all of their food

BURNERS ARE BROKEN! not worth coming to. Waiting almost 30 minutes in drive through for food that never came. It got burned because the burners are broken & go in & out. They never even came out to tell us, I had to go inside & see why it was taking so long. Smh.
