As people who started in fast food, who regularly tip and who understand mistakes often happen and can easily be resolved; this location hired two individuals who obviously hate their jobs, dont enjoy working in customer service and dont care about the stores reputation which has been very apparent. Our order was taken inaccurately, which is common we did not get s receipt until after we requested it to ensure the order was correct (it wasnt); when we mentioned that we were missing one single drink, we stated we can pay for it right then and there (Not asking for a whole new meal to be made) and the cashier asked the manager who rolled his eyes and obviously told the cashier not to, we were then told no he couldn't add the drink and that we would need to get out of the line because they had people waiting behind us that they had to take care of (3 cars behind us). We weren't in the line longer then they made us wait for drinks and food so it was not like we have been in this line nit picking or taking up time from anyone else's order. I guess a good work ethic is no longer required at level entry jobs, at this point its apparent that customers are not prioritized by these individuals in return this establishment. Other fast food restaurants can provide a much more pleasing and satisfactory service because they still value their customers.

I went today for lunch with my fiance and the team was beyond amazing. I went for the Spongebob meal. And I was just happy to be here, the staff treated me so nice. And I didnt realize the adult meal didnt come with a toy so I went asked. The team gave me one because they could tell I was such a huge fan. I just want to thank everyone here for being so kind and thoughtful. You guys made my whole day! I am definitely always coming here

This was my first time ordering from this BK in Albuquerque, and just might end up being my last. Put in an online order of the Bacon King meal, through their app at 6pm for a pickup time of 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:20, an employee was walking to the front, saw me and ignored me. After about 30 seconds of waiting at the counter, the same employee finally greets me. I gave him my name for the order, and it's not done yet. I have to wait about 5 more minutes before it's completed. I get home and the fries are hard, but taste like they just recently left the fryer. They were much harder than normal. The bacon was overcooked, and there was WAY TOO MUCH ketchup and mayo on the sandwich. I had to scrape the excess off the bun.

I went to buy food during my lunch today and they took more than 10 minutes to give me my order and they still gave me my order wrong. My sandwich was made wrong and I was still missing some of my items, I didn’t have time to go back so I kept calling but no one picked up the phone. This is ridiculous!

This is the nicest Burger King I have been to. If every Burger King was run like this one, I think the chain would eclipse any competition!
