Been there 3 times each time my order was wrong I went last night again. I told the guy at the windows that my orders have come out wrong the last 3 times. His response to me was maybe the 4 will be a lucky. This was on Sunday at 8:45 August 31. Iwas given my order wrong. And by the way he never gave me my change. Gave him a 20 bill and dud not get my change. I don't be going there anymore. My review was the best I could give you. I will tell people about the bad service that you give. And all the wrong food thst is handed out your drive up. Never will I go back there. I will take my business to BOB BURGER. from now on

Food was really good. If you need an alternative to bob's burgers, this is a place to be!! And it's Better!! Don't let a cashier, or somebody else make you not want to eat here? Because the food was actually really good!! Or location!. Its better then you think !! Just make the drive and get you some great food from a very small business. Sorry no pictures because it was good and I eat it!!

After giving this place another chance after having a poor experience during the pandemic, a coworker and myself placed an online order. I came into a restaurant that smelled like an old fart and got to stand in that air for about 5-10 mins of not being acknowledged until a fella named Chris clocked in and asked if I'd been helped. NOT THE MAIN ISSUE. The food was fine until my coworker sucked up a piece of a cockroach through her straw and immediately ran to the restroom to throw it up. Which prompted me to check my cup and sure enough there were pieces of wings in the ice. Needless to say I will never be back to this dump.

Every time I come in, Chris always welcomes me by name and he is very respectful and courteous. He has excellent customer service and people like him make you feel welcomed!!

I hadn't been here in probably 10 years, so we decided to try it out last night. We ordered quite a bit of food for all of us. A giant double green chile cheese burger combo with onion rings, a combo with one taco burger, one tortilla burger & red chile cheese fries, two footlong chile cheese dogs, a frito pie with extra cheese on the side, nachos with jalapeños and extra cheese on the side, a 6oz side of red, a 6oz side of green and drinks.
Let's start of with the heat & flavor of the chile. Whoa Nelly, if you don't like spicy, don't get chile or get it on the side. My hubbie couldn't eat his hotdogs as it was too hot for him, lol. I wouldn't say the red chile looks our tastes like red, but it's got a decent flavor but weird color. The green is thicker sauce, pretty good also. All the burgers were good, nothing wrong with them except I ordered onions on everything and didn't get them on the burgers. Nachos were just cotn tortilla chips with nacho cheese & jalapeños, nothing special, but no extra cheese was given as requested. Frito pie, with meat added, was pretty tasty except no onions were added and no cheese at all, even though we ordered it with extra cheese. The footlongs were yummy, but they're on two regular buns instead of a footlong bun, so that was interesting, lol! Have no idea how the red chile cheese fries were a we did not get them, not was the phone answered to tell anyone.
Overall, it was still good, just pretty spicy if you're not used to that kinda heat.

Best food best service best burger in town Chris and Sandra are amazing they are always on point. Please never change your food quality or customer service. I am 40 years old and have been eating here since I was 18. Yawl put bobs to shame hands down.

The worst customer service the lady taking our order did not want to be there and did not want to take our order and talk to us like we were stupid

Taco burgers are good, and chili cheese fries make a great side.

I loved the chili fries. They used green chili sauce on the fries.

Super upset and annoyed today idk who worked night shift but why I mean why did you put everything on the sliders when I asked to have everything on the side onions and chile not on it I did get more chile in the side but I didn’t want extra chile my son couldn’t eat the burger I literally had to go buy more food somewhere else to get to eat as we go out of a game just to be disappointed with the lack of knowing if someone is allergic or not but you could at least listen to the customer asking for the condiments on the side next time.
