Customer service is bad, my order was wrong, didn’t even got creamer sugar or a spoon for my coffee. I try and tell her my phone number for my points since I was a loyal customer but not she left me mid sentence and close the window. Call and complain just to have another employee with an even worse attitude.

The Belen location is better. There were literally a few drops of Chile and the potatoes were bland and slightly undercooked. Disappointed it’s not the same

Whenever we travel through the southwest our family looks for amazing breakfast burritos. These ones hit the spot! My 9 year old, who adores Burger King, stated, "This is better than Burger King".

The last two times I’ve stopped for burrito it is literally wet and mushy .. I thought they put paper liner to absorb moisture from heat but I can’t keep buying a mushy burrito .. what changed?

And I got nothing. This place is a rip-off. The food is not even great. Don't waste your time way better restaurants then this place Talk about rip off

I have been coming here for years the food is always been amazing but unfortunately this experience was not the best. Very bad customer service skills acting like you don't speak Spanish when you do and you can hear everything they're speaking about you.

We got a #3 burrito and #3 bowl yesterday. It was the first and only thing we had eaten yesterday. Got a terrible case of food poisoning for the last 24 hours. Used to love this place but I think the quality and safety have gone down.
