Café Chica in Albuquerque exceeded all my expectations! I have been wanting to try this adorable place for months but life kept happening! Finally got the chance this weekend! I pre ordered a half dozen bombolinis with a variety of this week's flavors, a 3 pack of beignets, and a grazing box. I also chose to pick up a caramel iced latte when I picked up my order! The beignets were coming out fresh as I walked up to the window and walking away, the smell of fresh powdered sugar filled the air! I won't lie, the flavors of bombolinis this week (Carrot Cake, Chocolate Orange, Lavender Lemon, and Honey Chamomile) aren't flavors I'd normally order, but we put the bombos in the fridge over night and the next day, they were beyond delicious! We enjoyed the grazing box after a 3 hour drive up to Taos for the weekend (which is the bombo tops are a little smashed) and everything was delicious, especially the jam(?) and cheese! I will DEFINITELY be visiting/ordering again! They are located in the El Vado center off Central

Delicious bombolonis! Friendly, cheerful people who work here too! I had their cherry limeade flavored bom bom and a raspberry Italian soda and my mom had the same except with a lovers mocha! She enjoyed it a lot and I did too! Definitely check this great place out! Also, to the person complaining in the reviews about the price below if you can’t afford it then don’t buy it and just keep walking along!!!

2/10/2024 Snow everywhere but went to the Railyard Market to find these donuts I've been wanting for awhile, and it was worth the wait and mission. We got the 4 pk for $20 bucks and tried every flavor, so soft and delicious ? Definitely will be back to try other flavors.

Strawberry matcha tiramisu is next level! It was beautiful, tasted amazing, and it did not exist for very long. The lady fingers were housemade, the matcha was high quality, and the strawberry flavor was spot on.

I drove from Los Lunas to grab some colorful desserts and called ahead. The woman was patient and kind! She promised to wait for me! When I got there, I ordered too many pumpkin cups to carry but she improvised and everything worked out perfectly! Her quick thinking made the trip enjoyable and worth every second in the car! Bombos were delicious!!Pumpkin cups were an innovative way to draw in new customers! Thank you for your customer service! It was amazing!

Been 2x.first time had the pumpkin. cheesecake. really rich. definitely one to split. all of the cream had a more cheesecake consistency, rather than like cheesecake "bites" inside. Really nice.Got the vanilla, as well. AMAZING. This one still hasn't been topped for me.PICTURED:The "everything" but the bagel is AMAZING but for me, too much cream cheese! still a great try.the creme Brule. same great vanilla filling in the "plain" but now with a sexier, crunchy shell.

My wife and I were a little sceptical at first but after going by today we both agree that if you're reading this you HAVE TO GO!! Their deserts and coffee are outstanding and it's our new favorite dessert place! The Bomboloni's were puffy and filled with custard but not obnoxiously sweet! The flavors blended together really well.We will definitely be back for more!

I ordered these to celebrate the birthday of one of my coworkers. It was a total hit! Everyone loved these delicious and beautiful bombos and now we are going to have to make it a tradition because I don’t want anyone to feel left out. Needless to say, I totally recommend Cafe Chica. Everything they offer is delicious. The owner is super friendly and helpful. And the presentation and quality is way above anything else you can find in Albuquerque

The bombos are to die for! I live out of town now and have been waiting for months to try them. They did not disappoint. I got a half dozen and was able to try each of the weekly flavors. My favorite was the pumpkin tiramisu—the pumpkin mascarpone mixed with the espresso glaze was heavenly. There is a reason the bombos sell out just about every single day!! I also got the almond breve latte which tasted just like an almond joy! Café chica will be a must visit every time I come home.
