My first time exploring Albuquerque, I came across this hole in a wall. It was a very cozy environment, the owner is great! Excellent customer service. I ended up ordering takeout but my next time there I will be dining in.
This is a true down home Vietnamese culture restaurant, all you have to do is ask if they will have it.

Their beef pho was a good size and it was very flavorful! They were very generous with the basil, cilantro, bean sprout toppings as well. It’s a nice little restaurant with a friendly vibe. It made me happy because I recently went to a different place in ABQ for pho that really skimped on noodles and meat.

Very professional, attentive and kind wait staff. Food is delivered quickly and is the best Vietnamese food in the city. They have many options for Vegans and Vegetarians, which my friend and I very much appreciated. 100% legit! I finally tried this place after years of hearing about and it was LEGIT! This place is now my #1 go-to place for authentic Viet food! The flavors are great! Thanks CDL for having banh xeo on the menu!!! The owner is super nice and friendly and down to earth. These are legit Viet flavors! Look at my last name. I know what I'm talking about.
The only negative drawback on this place is the location. I always avoided this place because I'm not a fan of Central Ave. and the vagrants in the area. Only if the mayor would take his job seriously and clean up the crime and vagrants up & down central.
I wish this place continued success and to prosper enough to move to a better NE heights location!
If you really want Vietnamese food with truly authentic taste, you have to come try this place. Honestly, they have the best food in town, maybe even the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I’m super picky eater, especially with Vietnamese dishes, but I have to give this place a solid 5 stars. I actually drive two hours every week just to eat here. The PHO is always perfect, and the wonton and noodle soup is absolutely amazing. And you have to try the Happy Cake, it’s like a Vietnamese pizza—crispy and packed with flavor.
