Canvass bar and the condos associated are now running a slimy money scheme off the backs of first time new-comers. parking they say is allegedly free during certain times but the building managament will nonetheless send you to collections three months after for $60 claiming theyve sent multiple notices for a parking citation when it apparentlty was free anyway. SLIMMY!!!

Looked like a nice place to eat. We were there for our son's basketball celebration, and the atmosphere was decent for a pub I guess. We placed our order and waited.... and waited.... and waited. When our food arrived my order was incorrect. I had to hunt down our server to return my food as he never returned to check on us. So I waited again.... Eventually my order arrived and it was still missing items and I was told that they were out of white gravy and cole slaw... He was polite, but I found it weird and unacceptable that a pub can't serve pub food that met the basic standards of moderate quality, especially on a Thursday evening when it's nearly empty besides our group. They brought the bill, offered zero discount or solution to substandard food and service that they provided. The gentleman next to us was never even acknowledged or waited on.... I assured him that he was the lucky one and that he was fortunate not to have had to pay for what we had received! I highly recommend you don't eat here. It's grossly overpriced, and just gross in general.

Had lunch here on a Wednesday a couple of weeks ago with eight friends. Service was very friendly. The place is huge. Nice ambience. We were the only patrons in the place at the time of our gathering. I must say, we were all extremely pleased with our food. Couple of us had the burgers and they were cooked to perfection. The buns were grilled toasty on the outside soft on the inside. Same for the fries very crisp on the outside and very soft on the inside. One would think that doing a burger Justice is easy but not so much so a lot of the time. We will be back. Also, the drinks were nicely constructed as well.

Atmosphere and vibes were awesome, the food looked great in pictures but wasn't very good when it came out. Queso Blanco tasted like powdered cheese and the birria tacos were very bland, had no cheese, and were small. Drinks tasted good but were pricey, and for the amount of bartenders the service was extremely slow - it seemed like they hid towards the back of the bar instead of serving guests. It was not a busy night at all either.

Tried to go for an early dinner on a Saturday after a track meet at the convention center. They were holding a wake or memorial service for someone and the place was full. We were told we could get served near the bar area. We found a small table and waited about 10 minutes without being attended to so we left. Ended up going to a small pizza place nearby that had good beer choices on draft and the pizza and wings were good. Don't know that it is fair to review Canvas since we never got served, but the staff seemed annoyed/indifferent to our presence.

My friends and I went to this club for the first time a couple nights ago. The dance floor is a little small but it was fun! There is outdoor seating and a patio, which was fun to enjoy and see the city lights. In the women bathroom, there was security and even a cute set up of perfumes to use, as well as cushioned stools to sit on. Definitely one of the nicer bathrooms in a club that I've seen. It did take us some time to get in because the club is accessed through a single elevator. Service was good and I enjoyed the dj a lot!

This place is outstanding for old and young. Was there around 5pm with a reservation. Had the steak which was outstanding. Alot of 40+ and older there listening to live music which was great. Band ends around 8:30pm and intime for DJ to come in. Assumption is that in the later hours the younger people come in and make it an awesome party. Too old for me though so didn't stay that late but thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. They even had parents dancing with their little kids there so great family area.

Do not I repeat DO NOT come to this place. A friend and my cousin and I went and at first everything was fine until after our second drink was given to us by the OWNER!! Me and my cousin who is a heavy drinker blacked out after the second drink that night! Good thing our friend didn’t drink it because how funny she was okay but not us, We don’t remember anything and made us think that the owner slipped something on our drinks. We asked around if others had the same situation and YES! MULTIPLE GIRLS DID!!
