Have not been to a Carl’s Jr in years since they tore down the one by my work. ‘Cash only’ I was told here at this location, I’m sure they lost a lot of customers. I won’t be back, didn’t miss it.

I was not given my receipt like I had asked. I ordered 4 kids meals and 1 regular meal. The guy who took my order didn’t know the answers to the questions I had asked. One of them was if the jalapeño poppers are cheddar or cream cheese. He was completely unsure. All he said was they already come frozen…. I was the only one in the drive thru. I was asked to pull off to the side. I waited 3 minutes then my food came out. All of it was thrown into one big bag. I was not happy about this. Kids meals need to have their own individual bag. All of the fries got dumped out and it just became a bigger problem than it needed to be.

7pm and to tired to cook, went for dinner and ask for the workers choice between the chicken items on the menu and he suggested the tenders and my golly they were the best tenders I've had from a fast food place. So good customer service. They did forget my dipping sauce but I had some BBQ sauce at home so not a total inconvenience. Its a plus that my little one loves the star shaped nuggets. Great meal overall for the family.

Does not honor bogo 1$ sandwiches for more than one order. I was told machine wont allow it for more than one. Make sure to check your receipt.
Rudest cashiers at this location. I went to pick up an online order and when I went through the drive through I let her know I was there to pick up an order and at first she didn’t know what was talking about. So when I drove up to the window I showed her my order on the DoorDash app. When she brought me my food she pretty much ignored me when she handed it to me.
