El lugar solo tenia tres personas atendiendo, lo cual hizo que la espera fuera bastante amplio. Las tres personas estaban dando su máximo en el trabajo fue muy notable su esfuerzo. Pero el lugar se veía descuidado, las mesas sucias, la sillas de bebe muy sucias. Claro no era culpa de la personas que realmente dieron su mejor esfuerzo por lo pocos que eran.

We only used the drive through but the service was very good (fast and courteous). I go to Carl's Jr. whenever I can as I am gluten intollerant but can eat their sourdough buns; very good! And whatever they use to flavor it with, We love!. Always good at Carl's Jr.!

I wasn't able to eat there today. I've had decent service in the past, but today's experience was terrible. My friend and I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. We waited for a while and got no greeting, not even a "Be right with you". We pulled around to the window and the employee was extremely rude. He said we didn't give him a chance to talk to us (though we waited several minutes) and said "there's other customers you know!" He then said if we wanted to order we could pull back around and SLAMMED the window before I could reply. Needless to say, I did not pull back around. Zero stars.

Just came back from waiting in drive through for 20 minutes and was told I couldn’t be helped yet 3 times. This place really needs new workers! Customer service sucks! Management needs to get this place looked at. Drive through cashier has a bad attitude when I asked “Hello” she said she couldn’t help me and they weren’t even busy I was the only one there. This place sucks!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and received it with undercooked chicken. I informed the manager, but he seemed completely indifferent, just saying "okay," without even apologizing, let alone offering to rectify the situation. I contacted their technical support, and they responded promptly, which I appreciate. However, according to them, the restaurant's leadership was supposed to get in touch with me. I waited for their response for almost 2 months, and in the end, I had to contact customer support again. They replied within 5 minutes and fully refunded my order.One of the pros is that their dining area is open during all their business hours, which is quite rare for fast-food establishments in Albuquerque.I do not recommend this Carl's Jr. restaurant.
