I wish there was a ZERO for service. We waited at the window for our food for over 13 minutes, we had already paid so we just continued to sit there, we are at 20 minutes after paying and have only recieved our drinks. This was my first ever experience having Carl's junior, they (as I'm typing) gave us our food, it was the wrong order...and they made us pull back through the drive- thru. Highly wouldn't recommend coming here, although the food is actually well cooked. Just need better trained staff.. sad to see.
Update: ordered a side of waffle fries, waited an additional 14 min. This is SUPPOSED TO BE FAST FOOD.

Haven't gone back till yesterday for my wife's lunch break and the reson was the same , the oriental lady who takes the drive thru orders was still there and still interrupts you when you repeat your order back to her as if her interruption is going to clear up your order that she just incorrectly herd , they messed up on a burger so I went in to get it corrected the poor lady that was working with that oriental lady was apologizing to 2 other people before me she right away went to ask what was wrong and that oriental lady again interrupted her by yelling like it was her fault , she yelled at her what my order was , thst lady remade the burger no problem and even gave me a free French fries, and apologized but the look of worn out and the look of pure embarrassment that oriental lady caused her was enough, the food is always 5 stars but they need to make changes with thst window lady

I always go through drive through and have waited an additional 10 minutes at times to get my order when asked to pull up into a stall. This last time I clocked it, it took 11 minutes waiting not counting waiting in the drive through. They are not fast here and sometimes the food is tempered and cold.

Extremely slow. We waited nearly 30 minutes in the parking lot after ordering our food. It wasn't a big order (two kids' meals and two combos), and it wasn't busy at all. The worst part was the fries were so cold. I wondered if they bagged them as soon as we ordered, so they sat for 30 minutes in the bag.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger and the meat was soo dry. Unfortunately, since I went through the drive through, I didn’t have time to go back and request a fresh burger. I didn’t even finish it, just threw it out. Disappointed.

I waited 10 minutes for a RAW sausage biscuit. As in there was blood in the wrapper and the meat on the outside was pink. Took it back and was told that it was cooked the right amount of time and they acted really put out by just cooking the food properly. Ma'am, it's still oinking. I took a refund and left. I moved here in August and wondered why there was never anyone there. I guess I found out. I'll never go back there.

Ordered at 6:45pm..got home in 5 minutes and found that I received cold hard onion rings and cold Single Famous Star hamburger! Very disgusting and disappointed!! This location is going down the drain and dont care what they serve they're customers!!!
