It was not fake, she is clearly interested in building up the Carl’s Jr. brand by delivering a great experience! Alex made our burgers quickly, hot & delicious! It was like I remembered.. I bought a spicy chicken sandwich coke and fry but it was 10$ something, the sandwich is still small like it used to be but I would buy it for 2 bucks!!! Wth..

Super inconvenient that every single time I order here, no matter how small or large my order is, they will have you pull up to the bush on the corner or the building or in front of the building and take forever to give you your order, you could be sitting there anywhere from 20-35 minutes. To the point you’re like did they forget about me? Super weird. I could be the only car sitting there and they still have me pull up. My guess is they have a drive through sensor/timer or something and try to make their metrics seem better than what they are.
