They have great milk shakes it would be a plus if they were bigger. The chicken tenders are very good.
Ordered online and went to pick up my order after making sure everything was in the bags I went inside to let the lady with lack of English and let her know I was missing an item. She argued with me so I drove all the way back home to get my phone from charging to explain again I’m still missing my food. After going back she looked at me stupidly with a blank face like she didn’t k ow what to say. Worst customer service and experience for this being my first time here. Then she proceeded to talk in Spanish to the cook about me and when I left I said thank you for getting my burger have a good night all in Spanish smh. The fact that people are in New Mexico like we don’t speak Spanish. ??♀️ people are so ignorant now days.
How idiotic do you have to be to work at Carl’s Jr on Alameda Blvd…. Well let’s ask Diana the cashier who took my order through the drive through and corrects me on my order of Curly fries. She said “they are Waffle fries.. is that ok?’ I said sure that’s fine. Then I pull up to the window where she already has my bag ready when I drive up, she charges my card gives me my bag and closes the window. I move up to check my order and there is no “waffle fries” and no receipt. I pull around and drive up to the window and ask for my “waffle fries” Diana looks at me and says that will be 4.29. I didn’t have my receipt so I asked .. you didn’t charge me for them?! She said no. Now why would she not charge me for fries that we just had a conversation about being “waffle fries” and only charge me for my hamburger's?? This is the kind of STUPID you can’t make up. Always check your bags because Morons like Diana exist and should be washing the dishes instead of dealing with customers. She didn’t apologize and just shut the window as if I was the one in the wrong. I’m done with this location. If its not Diana. It’s another idiot doing similar things there.
