Twice in the past month I ordered a western bacon burger with no cheese due to an allergy (not a lactose intolerance, my throat will close if I have dairy). They've even given verbal confirmation of no cheese only for the burger to still have cheese in it.

Ordered one chicken club meal and two Santa Fe chicken sandwiches. We got three Santa Fe sandwiches and no drink. The two Santa Fe sandwiches had no green chile. It’s time to start holding these restaurants accountable and stop with the bs reviews.

Super bad order online when I got home I had 3 burgers raw. If i wanted to cook hamburgers at home i would have done so the start and they wernt even busy. Really bad experiance.

Went in to pick up an online order and was told “be right with you” by the young lady at the front which was fine. But she then looked at the screen, stuck a burger in a bag and walked away. She came back and I told her I was just picking up an online order and she said “oh online?” Looked at the screen and walked away again. When another woman came and asked if I had been helped, I told her I was waiting for my online order which she tried to put together with minimal help/communication from the kitchen. One of my bags of fries was okay, but the other was noticeably older, cold, and stale, unenjoyable and I did not finish them. I would not recommend this location

Someone coughing in the kitchen whole time Im in the store. Complained the fries were cold they took them out of my bag and put them in someone elses after I had touched them!! Gross!!

I waited 18 minutes for 1 burrito combo. Had to call the inside to find out when they were going to bring it out, it was cold when they finally did. Normally this location is fine, but today, 3/4/25 service was terrible. The lady who took my order was on her cell phone and didn't bother to get off when I paid. But 20 min. And $14 for a cold and small breakfast burrito? No thank you

Ordered two meals and three kids meals and had to wait almost thirty minutes for the food to come out cold. Burgers had too way too much ketchup and mayonnaise and all the fries were overcooked and cold.

I love the lettuce wrapped hamburger but the past 4 times I have been there I've waited 15 minutes for my food at the drive through. Understaffed? Inept? Not worth the long wait.

Overpriced in the slowest Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for my meal, I would’ve gone to a sit down restaurant
The last time I was here, they had the AI drive through ordering thing. I wasn't going to come back, but decided to try again. We got a person at the drive through, and initially she was awesome. We pulled forward behind another truck. He got part of his order and moved forward just a few feet. He was blocking the drive through, keeping us from getting to the window. I got close enough to him that my truck's sensors were freaking out. Being a couple inches from his bumper, I was able to stretch out of my truck to speak to the lady in the window. I asked her if she knew what he was doing and she said she told him to park there. I asked, "Right there? So we can't reach the window? All the spaces are open." She had no answer, she just kind of looked confused and handed us our food. We had to back up to be able to leave, as he was being handed the remainder of his food. The employees were just too lazy to walk to the designated waiting spots. Never again. This one of the worst places I have ever stopped for food.

The drive through was empty and they were still pulling cars through to parking spaces to keep their drive through time averages down. Horrible service and never coming back. It’s called a drive through not a drive wait. If it’s not busy don’t have people wait in lots and have your averages reflect your real time.
Also the food was cold and not fresh like the lady in the drive through window promised. Fries were cold and burger was luke warm at best

Very dissatisfied with our recent visit to carls jr. Very Very expensive and took forever to get our order. Got home and they missed a good portion of the order. For the prices they should double check that they are putting everything in the bag. Will not be going back. The last time I had a very similar experience but decided to give them another shot.
