I was having a terrible day but the service was great and friendly which made me smile.Food was fantastic and this is a Carl's Jr I'll definitely stop by in the futureEDIT-Went back and the service and food was still top notch. I'm also extremely pleased they have the fried zucchini again!That gets me very excited and was my number 1 favorite item before it was taken away.5* service and food, I'm so happy I live nearby

I was given 10 cold Tenders that had obviously been sitting there for awhile. I also ordered a chicken sandwhich and asked for it to be lettuce wrapped, without any dressings. That didn't happen, very disappointing.

Good fast food in the evening, no long wait. Service was great and very polite. I made a mistake on my order and they didn't snarl or grunt they fixed it and had my food ready in minutes.
It's pretty decent for a rest stop fast food restaurant.

Watch out for this place...I used to go in there everyday, to get a steak burrito...very good, only, if fresh...I got my daily steak burrito fix 1 day...it was dry, not juicy, the meat was crumbly, and after inspecting it, looked so dried out, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog!I took it back, the witch working there got very hateful...and she knew I was a regular customer!I quit getting my regular breakfast, then a few weeks later, I ordered a steak burrito again...same dried out OLD food.Hateful staff, and BOTH times it was the manager...Machele...Save your $$.Just beyond this location, on the other side of the road, is another Carl's,jr.They serve fresh steak.It's at Central Ave and coors blvd...just, B4 coors blvd on the right.Don't even think about eating a biscuit here, either, at the 1st location...they're beyond dried out...hard as a rock, but the cute little birds love them...I don't go to a "restaurant" for bird food!! Do you?Or dog food.Beware of even stopping here.Bad food, hateful staff.And they don't care if they're so many many other places to stop and get good food, gas, etc.
