Excellent salsa and green chile sauces. Roasted green chiles are outstanding and perfect heat level. Also wanted to note the great customer service. A couple of my jars broke in transit. Thanks to the packaging it wasn't too messy. The company promptly responded to me and sent replacements right away. Will definitely be ordering again.
Some of the best red chile sauce i have ever had!The girlfriend and I had it for the first time with a burrito as a late snack and the extra hot does have good flavor along with some good heat!Would definitely recommend for those new to New Mexico.Gonna go buy some or what?
I just recently purchased some of the Cervantes Medium Green Chile Sauce @ my local Southlake Texas, Central Market annual Hatch Festival and it is delicious~! I’m hooked! Reminds me of my favorite salsa from my hometown restaurant in El Paso~! I’ll definitely be buying more!! Thank you for sharing your gift of deliciousness!
