Employee La*** was extremely rude when I politely asked her why my combo charge was higher than the display. I have no problem paying extra for the flavored lemonade but money is tough and I was treating myself to lunch on a budget and wanted to know where I miscalculated. she also rudely informed me that if I needed any other sauces it would be charged and refills were charged. Which again is not a problem but I was made to feel dumb when i was just asking a question. Will not be eating here again. Lettuce was also going bad and had to be pulled out of my sandwich.

The bacon cheese fries were amazing. A great deal for the money but mainly we were greeted with a super friendly post named Deandre who when we asked if the fries were any good had a perfect description for them. Super friendly, great service, good food. Thank you!

Charley’s catered Balloon Navigators for Balloon Fiesta 2025. It was so tasty and everyone enjoyed the variety of delicious food provided. I will definitely order the hot wings again. The fries are seasoned to perfection.

Went in to try their food. They didnt acknowledge us. We stood at the front counter for a good amount of time. Staff was just standing around. Didn't ask if we needed to place an order . We just walked away and ordered from hotdogs on a stick since we were right next to it. Shocked at the fact therr was 3 workers in plain sight just standing there not taking order .

I usually don’t post anything, but I am truly upset with this establishment. The food is usually great, my last visit my daughter ordered wings and STRAWBERRY LEMONADE. The damn lemonade made me and her very very sick to the point I have to go to urgent care, not kidding. I went for my birthday because she wanted something to eat. Soon after we drank the lemonade our throats started itching, and we are still sick after 10 days. You all really need to wash your HANDS and wear gloves when preparing food. I am highly upset and we know it was the strawberry lemonade because as soon as we drank it our throats started itching,which it still does. I usually get over colds in 3 days, I have been sick going on two weeks now. I am going to urgent care now to get antibiotics because this ish isn’t normal and cold meds aren’t helping. Will not go back although the cheesesteaks are great.

Im in a knee brace and Marie who works for the place wouldn't even give me teriyaki sauce...she was extremely rude to me and very abusive to me. I highly recommend you dont go there unless you want someone to cuss you out for just some sauce

The family just visited Charlie’s Philly Cheese Steaks, and it was an incredible experience! Dre was upbeat and set the tone of great service.
The wings were absolutely awesome—crispy and packed with flavor. The Philly cheese steak was the star of the show: perfectly cooked, fresh, and loaded with delicious toppings. Every bite was a delight! I can't recommend this place enough for anyone craving a tasty meal. Five stars all the way!

We visited this restaurant today and the entire staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and LACKED TRAINING. When asked where’s the forks, the crew member with the tattoo on his face replied “IF YOU LOOKED YOU WOULD SEE THEM”.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PATRONIZE THE OTHER RESTAURANTS IN THE FOOD COURT

Went to grab lunch during a busy Monday at noon. There was a line but the staff was efficient and got through the line quickly. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My order was accurate and delicious!
