Just driving through town and decided to order a large Philly Cheese Streak combo with large fries and a sprite. Sprite had too much syrup, and it also had a weird taste like maybe the soda lines and parts haven’t been cleaned in months! The cheese steak was VERY dry and had a teeny tiny bit of mayo and like one or two onions and there were NO mushrooms!! I requested some items to be removed, but I did not ask for the mushrooms to be removed. This sandwich was dry as hell and it did not taste good at all. Of course we ate it any way because after driving cross country, and being exhausted and hungry, what else were we supposed to do? The Uber Eats delivery guy was great though. Just wish we could say the same for our dinner! It sounds like maybe employees or stockholders must be writing the reviews because it definitely deserves a 1 star.**EDIT** About 30 mins after I wrote my review, both my husband and I had a horrible stomach ache. We both ended up in the bathroom!! What a miserable night, and now we get to wake up tomorrow (and hopefully feel better) and drive home to Las Vegas, NV. ☹️

They used to make the best sandwiches, but I haven't been here in some time, and now they are the worst I've ever had. They used to make regular sized sandwiches like subway, but now the ridiculous sandwich looks more like a mugged hot dog with barely anything left on it. They also only put enough fries to just barely cover the bottom of the box. For 2 or 3 dollars more, you get at least double the food to even be able to share at any mom and pop dinner and much better quality. It's very disappointing and definitely won't be coming back.

Half way though the semi melted flavourless cheese, a LONG 8" STRAND OF BLONDE HAIR WAS MELTED INTO THE CHUCKS OF CHEESE AND gristle!! Most sick experience ever! Ordered online. Two sandwiches and fries, food was already cold the minute I got there (two minutes after ordering) they threw it together. Only two people working, both looked to be about 16. No actual manager or adult around. Just two kids running a little food spot. Couldn’t even make the sandwiches right and the meat was 100% old and cooked wayyyy before i ordered. There was no sauces on either, just half melted cheeses and old food that easily sat there all day. They weren’t wearing gloves, weren’t wearing belts, kept using their ungloved hands to grab their pants from the inside and pick them up, then touch my food.I worked in the food industry, I understand things go wrong and it can be stressful. There wasn’t one other person there nor order in. Two hours before close?? This is just plain neglect and a management team letting a couple kids make a quick buck while letting customers pay their hard earned money for food that is less quality than if I just had a pop tart for dinner.I’ve been to this place before, never this bad, went in Denver last week, was PHENOMENAL. It isn’t the corporation or the recipes. It’s the staff and the management.

If I can give a zero to the customer service I would me and my boyfriend waited in line for like more then five minutes we talked to the manager about the manager wasn’t even help at all he watched me and his staff argue what kind of manager is that only hearing her side side note to the cashier if u only getting paid 12.50 an hour job then get a better job

I'm a door doordasher. There's a place for pick up. But they make you wait in line with people that didn't order yet. I don't get paid by the hour. I get paid by the dash. So waste our time. And why do you allow employees to wear their pants down to their knees? Very inappropriate. Management needs to a dress this. Pull your pants up, you're gonna attack flies...

The lady named Jayda taking our order here was incredibly rude to my autistic sister because she didn’t know the fries didn’t come with ranch. She needs to be talked to. She shouldn’t be getting paid to talk to people like that. Very upsetting
