Always enjoy the food and drink, go there 3 or 4 times a week. Especially like when Gabriel is working. Good attitude and personable.

Their sandwiches are tasty and they are open late. They also have a bar. The theme is amusing and on point. Bartender Gabby is awesome! And the manager Vince does an amazing job.

When you walk in at 1:45 AM and online it says they’re open till 2 AM and get told that they’re no longer making any food because they’re ready to close and met with a extremely rude and unprofessional guy. Whose ego needs a reality check. Poor attitude and poor Customer Service equals a loss of a Customer.

Update* I increased the rating from 1 to 3 because the manager reached out to offer a free meal/gift card. I won't be taking the offer but at least management care.
Original post:
I ordered online but was shocked to see a lot of the chips were burnt and the veggies were sparse. I took it back saying they needed to remake it. I said it several times, remake it fresh. They put it back through the oven a second time making the chicken dry and shriveled and the cheese hard and disgusting. Worst ever, you've wasted my time and money ! You will not stay in business long if this is how you're going to treat your customers.
