I like hangin at the location near the Cottonwood Mall. It’s fun…friendly bartenders. I got the hash can last time I went, I liked it. My favorite sandwich is the AK47 (French dip). I really like this spot

I’m very bummed to say that I have to give this location a one star. Food is always good. 10/10. However, the customer service was very disappointing. I made an online order and went to the designated online order pick up area, and I was ignored for a few minutes as two of the staff members were socializing. Okay fine. Didn’t bug me too much until they told me that 2 of the Krispy bars I order was being worked on. Okay cool. No problem. One of the staff members handed me one as I waited for the other.. then I noticed I didn’t receive my drink. So asked the guy cutting the Krispy bars “Excuse me, I know you’re busy but when you get the chance can I get a drink cup? I didn’t receive it with my food.” Not only did he throw a fit, he rolled his eyes at me got all flustered and grabbed the cup and threw it on the counter. I said thank you I appreciate you and didn’t even say a word to me. Really made me feel uncomfortable. Now I really don’t want to go to this location anymore even though it’s pretty close to where I live. Now I would rather just go to a different location that is a longer drive. I know what it’s like to work in the food industry and I know it can get pretty stressful but the restaurant wasn’t busy or demanding at the time I went. I just expected a little better customer service. And maybe even perhaps a little more respect as I was being respectful and understanding. Thanks-

I stopped by this Cheba location today after a hard day's work. I sat at the bar and was helped by Crystal! She was amazing. She made sure I was taken care of, she was professional and her customer service was impeccable. I definitely will be back and hope to be served by Crystal. She deserves all the praise!
