If it wasn't for the food and kitchen staff I believe this place would bomb. After months of coming here and saying I won't be back, here I am again with the same thought! Historically, I have came here and it takes forever for even an acknowledgment from a bartender. Pro tip from an experienced bartender- a simple hello or I'll be right with you goes a long way. I truely believe the hiring requirements for this position is to have a piss poor attitude, zero personality and move at a snails place. Your bartenders are single handedly losing you sooooo much money!

I'd give it 0 start if I could. I was a KJ there on Friday nights and I was fired without receiving a phonecall to explain why. I have been with then since August traveling to all 3 locations in Albuquerque. Several times my checks were late, they would give me such a short notice as to which location I would play at. Even if it was busy, they wouldn't pay me to stay, and an unknown issue occurred at my show last week and no one will take the time to explain to me why I was fired. They suck at communication.

Restaurant appears to be out of stock of several items. Instead of informing us a we ordered, they charged us full price then delivered the items without all toppings. Sketchy. Would have ordered something different if you'd informed me.

Such great sandwiches! We each had an eight inch sandwich and they were tasty and filling. I had the meatball and my wife had the Italian. Both were excellent and we look forward to eating here again.

Can I please get a little more sub with my mayo and mustard... When it comes to the food and the service this is not the first disappointment (at this particular location), but it will be the last. Otherwise, the OG Cheba Hut on Central rocks! Strike 3 you're out Cheba Hut on the Westside!

This is the third time at this location they've messed up my order. I went to enjoy a sandwich, added ham to it, but it was not included. My wife asked for turkey in hers, but it was not added either. After I addressed the issue, one of the girls brought a bowl of ham, slammed it on the table, and walked away. I talked to the manager, who said both sandwiches were meatless. I insisted I ordered ham in mine and turkey in my wife's. The manager and another worker started yelling at me, very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location again, even though it is my son's favorite restaurant. This poor customer service experience has made us not want to come back. If I could give 0 stars for service, I would. The manager yelled at us when we told them that we added meat to our sandwiches. One of the workers came and threw down a bowl of turkey! So unprofessional and rude! We come here often, I will not be back!

The sandwiches are really good and the decor is very quirky and approproately themed. Unfortunately, the service is exactly what you would expect from a weed-themed restaurant. I have been there twice and each time there was an issue that took longer to resolve than it should.

Their roast beef / french dip sandwich is best in town. I used to like the beefeater at Jason's deli before I had this, and now I never go to Jason's. Gotta try it and all their other great sandwiches (selection menu is amazing).

So this is the first time I've been here. I went to go pick up my online order today!! "The people that are working there today are very rude and not professional." I went in and it wasn't busy there. no line at the order area don't even get any help there. So I went to the the pickup area to ask for my order. Don't get no response from anyone just got rude looks from all the employees. So I just walked out and cancel my order and Last time I'm going to this place. Just a little heads up for the restaurant!! customer service should be the number one priority!! It's good for business!!
