I recently ate Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs and had a great experience. I ordered the KGB (roast beef sandwich)The staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was awesome with cool music. 100% recommended

Changed to a 1 star, ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!! Every time I try to order here, I can't get anyone to pick up. It's so annoying. Instead I have to come in order, and stand around and wait 20 minutes. Such bull, just answer the phone so I can order normally. I don't care how busy you are, you don't shut the phone off and then lie and say your phone service is down. It hasn't been down for 6 months, and I call from inside the store, and guess what, it rings and nobody answers. I've said something 3 times. I'm about to stop ordering from you at all, if that's how you want to treat people. If you don't want to answer the phones, at least leave a message saying online or in person ordering only when it gets busy. Don't like being lied too, and don't like places who can't pick up a phone to take an order. We faithfully order from you, same order, every week, and this has been 6 months of hit or miss if someone answers the phone, and decides to waste my time just to get a sandwich. When you charge almost $20 bucks for a sandwich the LEAST YOU CAN DO, is answer the phone and not waste people's time.

Sandwich is super yummy. Vibes are always great at night. However the lobby is never clean when we go in, floors aren't swept, the drink station is never stocked and to top it off I was waiting for my carry out order and I heard the people behind the counter talking about literal black mold in the building. Not to mention the dumpster is always overflowing with open and closed trash bags. Wouldn't be surprised if they had roaches or something. Such a let down cause this place used to be so good :((( maybe get a better management team cause this one ain't doing their job

Let me preface this with the statement that I LOVE SANDWICHES.
That being said, this is in my top sandwich shops in town. The sandwich are consistently good. I also love their garlic cheese bread.
The bar has a decent selection of drinks. I love their mocktails! For some nostalgia, they also serve Kool-aid...lol!
Service is always great! Love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating.
As a bonus, their patio is dog friendly, so you can bring your pups with you instead of leaving them at home!
Also, don't forget to try their desserts. I love the fruity pebbles rice crispy!

I paid more than 25 dollars for a sub to be delivered. It came with the wrong ingredients. Then they don't answer the phone. So disappointing.

Best in Albuquerque for sure I recommend coming here mainly for the food and the plus is having a bar on the side to feel better about setting your money lol 😆. Honestly tho besides it being a little expensive the food is amazing and always good haven't had a bad one yet form the night or morning crew.

I regularly use the app and order pickup sammiches to take home after work, and still, after years of this, there has never been a mistake on an order. AND it's always ready in the time frame I have ordered it.
Consistency and reliability. Often overlooked. The sandwiches are good too:)
