Super good (local) sandwich shop, mellow vibe and friendly staff. One of the best Sandwiches I have had since Baggins closed down. Green chili chicken soup is super good too!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Cheese and Coffee since I was in the third grade, and it’s a place that truly feels like home. The atmosphere is wonderfully cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal.

From the moment you step inside, the owners always greet you with warm smiles! Their hospitality is something that keeps me coming back.

Now, let’s talk about the food—especially the tuna melt. It’s hands down the best I’ve ever had! The flavors are always spot on, and the quality has remained consistently high over the years. It’s a dish I can always count on to satisfy my cravings.

If you’re looking for a delightful dining experience in a friendly environment, Cheese and Coffee is definitely worth a visit!

This cafe don't hold back on spice! And I'm here for it! I was passing through town when I needed a bite to eat, the food was great the Pozole and Turkey Pastrami where perfectly seasoned and spiced! I would argue this is the first in a while where I went to a cafe and the food had a great personality. My waitress was also very kind and welcoming providing me samples of the soup of the day. Worth the pit stop

Great Reuben sandwich at their airport café location. I couldn’t find that location so I’m leaving this review here: The young boy assisting us was really kind, cool, and helpful.

That said, there seemed to be a new? manager on shift, and I was uncomfortable with the way he spoke to the young employee, which also seemed to be new. He was rude and aggressive, and it was loud enough for customers seated eating to hear. I understand managers need to train staff and communicate expectations, but the tone and approach didn’t feel appropriate. I walked away wishing I had said something in the moment because it didn’t sit right, so I’m leaving this review instead. No employee deserves to be talked to this way

I had a grilled veggie sandwich on a croissant with Havarti cheese and a garden salad. The food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much, and may God bless you all.

If I could leave negative states I would. We didn’t get to eat and couldn’t hear anything over how loud it was! We had a group of approximately 12 elderly adults and called ahead that morning to let them know we would in at noon. They said it was no problem. However when we arrived they refused to put any of the tables together and told us that if it group wasn’t there at exactly noon they would be kicking us out of the reservation we called ahead for. The two sisters that own it were extremely rude to us. We made a command decision to go across the street to Chili’s and will never be coming back.

Wish I could rate the food but no one came to our table to greet us or take our order. They greeted the two tables after us and got their drinks and order and the waitress just stared at our table. So after 10 min of sitting at the table and watching others receive service we just left. And went to a different locally owned restaurant.

First time trying this place. The staff was friendly and inviting. I think it was the owner offered me free soup, it was delicious and perfectly spicy. I got special of the day turkey and pastrami sandwich. It was amazing. Definitely coming back to try more sandwiches. A little hidden gem if you are in the area.

This place is great, there green chili cheese soup is some of the best I had in the City. Food is quality, and the people working there were so genuinely kind and wonderful. Definitely put this place on your list for a quality lunch spot.

Excellent soup and sandwiches. Highly recommend the Creamy Green Chile Chicken Soup. They were very busy at lunch but service was still great and food was top notch.

They are quickly becoming one of my favorite lunch spots and they have Gluten free options, including breads!

We had lunch here for the first time and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely will be back. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was even better! The staff was very attentive and the food came out quick. Soup of the day was the green chile chicken, so good! I hope they have it again when I go back. Great portions as well. “Love Your Lunch” is a perfectly fitting slogan for this homely family sandwich shop. It’s clear the staff at Cheese & Coffee have worked hard to make this a lunch spot worthy of all the awards they proudly display on their walls. Eating here reminds me of my hometown, the familiar brick and wooden walls, understated decor, and lively ambience of peak lunch time bring me back to simpler times. The food is, as expected, fantastic. The wait times were not long, and the value you can get out of a signature sandwich and choice of soup/salad is very fair. If I lived here, Cheese & Coffee would be one of my go-to lunch spots.
