Chef and I collaborated to surprise my wife with a 40th Bday surprise dinner for May 4th When it comes to my wife I am very particular about who I ask for assistance because I want the best and I trusted this man and allowed him to do that and he absolutely came through in the most amazing way. You see it wasn’t JUST because it was her dinner but she and I work, we have a daughter that came home from college and a 9yr old son whom we are helping with his school work and being parents but this was soooo different to have someone cater to us, to bring us into a warm environment and actually enjoy each other’s company and laugh and love during this time. Each item we discussed on that menu was absolutely delicious...and we are still taking about it. That sweet potato though!!!!!! Bruh it was delicious. Chef we will be back!! Thank you and Brennan with our whole heart!! Appreciate it again.
