Placed order over phone and did not want a true Chicago style pizza and that’s what we got Owner refused to give me my money back because they are a mom and pop shop not papa John’s. Phone ordering is automated you can never get someone on the phone This has happened multiple times Over priced and the wait is always 30 minutes longer than the automated ordering service says. Owner didn’t care that I told him I wouldn’t be back. Service from him wasn’t good at all.

Not lgbtq+ friendly!! Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way our deep dish was doughy and the cheese wasn’t melted! Cheese pizza was over seasoned like a bunch of salt was put on top. Our 6 old felt sick after a few bits. You have lost our business and respect, it’s a shame because I love to support our veterans and woman owned businesses, that should be a win win but I will not support a business that hates and disrespects me.

Worst food I've ever ordered. COLD UNCOOKED RAVIOLI... The inside was ice cold...the "Alfredo" was worse than cicis pizza.. cheesy bread had no cheese.... chocolate dipped canolli was just plain

I ordered (uber eats) a large pizza, half pepperoni and mushrooms and half pineapple and bacon. Mozzarella sticks. And strawberry cheesecake. My pizza barely looks baked and came ice cold and instead of bacon they put ham. The mozzarella sticks were ice cold and instead of Marinara there is a brown liquid (au jus I guess 🤷‍♀️). I also had ordered a garlic dip that was missing. The dessert looks fine. I live right across the street so I don't understand how it could be this bad. I am so disappointed to have paid almost $50 for inedible food. All uber eats did was refund the garlic dip.

This used to be my favorite pizza place. I'm a disabled vet and really liked supporting their business. Plus the pizza was always tasty. However, quality control has dropped immensely recently. I'm standing here once again waiting for them to remake my pizza because they messed up my order again. At the moment, they only have one employee in the store who has only been working here three days. He called the owner to come help him, and the owner refused. Ridiculous. I order the same thing every time, small thin crust with artichokes and pineapple cause I'm vegetarian. That's a pretty simple order, just two toppings. But they still manage to keep making it wrong. This is the fourth time in five weeks. This time they put chicken on my pizza. I'm glad I checked before I got home. This place is ridiculous.

Close to the Chocago style my wife was looking for, but not quite. Closest so far for Albuquerque. Pizza was pretty good, Motzarella sticks were banging.

Worst Chicago Style Pizza I've ever had. The flavors were okay but the cheese was not even melted!! Huge disappointment! We did pick up and my husband was also told 15 to 20 minutes for the pizza. He arrived at the 20 minute mark and it still was not ready. Then the pizza they handed him still apparently wasn't even ready, since the cheese was not melted. Unfortunately, he didn't notice this until we were eating it at home. The top looked fine because all of the toppings were covering the cheese... but the inside cheese was not melted at all!

Called ahead and ordered a pie because I was in a rush and running late. When I got there they took my money before telling me they didn’t start my pie yet because I hadn’t paid. I was never asked for a payment over the phone, and I wasn’t told I’d be stuck waiting until AFTER they took my money. I’ve been a customer here multiple times, but I will never come back here.

Great pizza but their online ordering is terrible with no descriptions. You can order an L Diablo, a Hawaiian and Italiano a Lobo or a classic but you have no idea what’s on those things until it shows up surprise!!

All this woop!!! About Chicago Pizza, been in this area for 12 yrs, 1st time going and I'll just stick to Little Ceasars and just as good and definitely cheaper... They only give active duty personnel a discount....They say Veteran owned....But won't give a Veteran's discount..to a Veteran supporting them....yeah, ok...med/thin crust pizza 4 toppings and $37.11 later!!! Wasn't worth all that...thank God homeless people will enjoy.
