This Chick-Fil-A is weird. They got rid of ordering at the counter, so now you have to use either the GrubHub app or place your order at a computer kiosk in the hallway. This takes a LOT longer than it used to when you could order with a person at the counter. Just today I ordered a single sandwich and Grubhub said 6 orders were ahead of me and my order would be ready in 5 minutes, but when I showed up there were more like 12 orders ahead of me and I didn’t receive my food until 17 minutes after ordering. Previously when ordering from a person at the counter, my order never took more than 5 minutes. This new system is atrocious.
This is all very strange considering that CFA has their own app for ordering ahead of time, but the app doesn't show this location. Why complicate things like this with Grubhub as a middleman?

This Chick-fil-A location isn't the best one encountered but it's not bad. They often have the longest line during lunch rush and it can mean orders take a while to get out. It has a limited menu because of it's size but still the essentials. Never had an order made wrong but depending on how long the line is, the order may be a little haphazard in its creation. Either get here before or after the rush and you should be satisfied.

This was usually my go to at the sub, but probably won’t be going anymore. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employee named Rudy threw a tantrum because I told him I didn’t want a drink after I told him what I wanted. A literally temper tantrum. The most rude chick fil an employee I’ve ever seen. All because he had to start the order over, which took less than 5 seconds. Obviously respect and kindness isn’t a quality for working here.

I love Chick-fil-A but this location unfortunately was just lacking the quality. My sandwich had a weird after taste that made me wanna throw up.
